Two things; how come it didn't work before?
And every time you post I get distracted by your avatar. Just saying.
Best Verizon Android phone for $200? Trying to convince friend not to get the iPhone.
Does the GSII really worth its price, I want to buy it contract-less that's why I'm hesitating.

Droid 3 or Droid X2.
There is an actual smartphone definition. Regardless of what your carrier advertises it as the E63 isn't a smartphone.
On that note. The funniest thing about there being an actual definition is that the iphone doesn't fit all the requirements. Therefore the iphone is a feature phone.
[editline]16th July 2011[/editline]
Also I can get 2 days out of my SGS on JVQ, so I don't think the SGS II can be much worse.
I'm confused then. What is the actual definition of a smartphone? Because I'm pretty sure the E63 is an fact a smartphone. A low end inexpensive one sure, but a smartphone regardless. You can browse full featured internet on it, you can use SSH with it, type word documents, and supports several programming API's (Java, Symbian, Python, etc).
That sounds a bit advanced to be just a feature phone. Because that's a pretty damn good one if you ask me.

It doesn't support full display of webpages to my knowledge. Unless it has flash support in which case I retract my statement. But I can't find any info that says it does.
For the record Demache. It's also the reason the iphone doesn't fit either. It can't fully display webpages due to no flash support. It really is a nitpick, but it still applies.
Possibly the Droid Incredible 2. It might be a single core device, but it's a really, really solid single core device that is much more open to development than Motorola's stuff. Although with CM4DX, CM4D2 and CM4D2G people are figuring out ways to get around the locked bootloader and still pull off pretty impressive stuff. I would imagine some of this would be applied to the Droid X2 and the Droid 3.
Isn't that just the Incredible S? Also, WHY MUST THE PHONES IN USA BE SO DIFFERENT? Why not follow the rest of the world?
It doesn't support full display of webpages to my knowledge. Unless it has flash support in which case I retract my statement. But I can't find any info that says it does.
Its supports Flash Mobile which roughly equates to Flash 9 (at least I believe its 9) as far as features go. Decent when it was released in late 2008. Very dated for current use, since almost everything uses 10, but many older animations still work with it. Heck, I managed to get Missile Game 3D on it to work, and managed to be somewhat playable.

Unfortunately, the built in Symbian browser is sort of sucktacular compared to modern mobile browsers, so you pretty much have to use Opera Mobile, in which you give up Flash support within the page (you can still download them and save them for later viewing though).
Droid 3 is the most amazing Android device I have ever owned. Definitely a must buy. Once this thing gets LTE, it will be the perfect mobile phone.

But locked bootloader and motoblur.
But locked bootloader and motoblur.
I prefer the new Motoblur to the stock launcher/launcherPro/Launcher 7 honestly and the bootloader may be an issue but Moto says they'll be unlocking it in a future update and if they don't, the Droid 4G slider should be out in a couple months anyways and that will guarantee an unlocked bootloader from the start.
Two things; how come it didn't work before?
It required a ARMv7 processor. It was now ported to ARMv6 which the ZTE Blade and practically every other budget Android smartphone use.
Let's say I hypothetically get the HTC Sensation on T-Mobile and my contract with T-Mobile ends or T-Mobile becomes AT&T; will I have a problem SIM-card wise or being able to use the phone normally? Let's say I wanted to use the same phone with AT&T or Sprint or some other network; will using this phone on another network work?
Note I'm an Amerifag and the Galaxy S 2 doesn't exist here yet so I don't have that as an option.
Got my first Android phone Samsung Galaxy Gio
Love that thing, a bit shame that there is 278 RAM , but the phone is fast for me.

I liked the custom dock shortcuts and the app drawer, but I had to get rid of those fucking white menus.

The X2 got clockworkmod a few days ago and the CM devs sound optimistic.

I got one contract-less. Best bet at the moment.

So does that apply to all ARMv6 phones?
So does that apply to all ARMv6 phones?
I think so, yes. It's also available for my old Spica and development for it is nearly dead.

Well if AT&T&T-mobile merge then it won't support any of AT&T's network, it doesn't have the right bands. Obviously it won't work on sprint, Sprint is CDMA.

Can you post a link to the .apk?
Market has Flash 10.3 and that's not compatible, according to the Market.
[editline]17th July 2011[/editline]
Nevermind, I googled around a bit.
Mirrored it.
If anyone else wants it.
