Whew, turns out it was just my SIM card that was broken, not my phone. What a huge relief.
The quality is perfectly fine. Sure, it's not something for hardcore audiophiles, but if you don't study every beat of your music, you're not really going to care. There are ways to improve the quality though. edit: fucking hell, 400 dollars for headphones? I have Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision headphones and the quality is very very good. I just taped the asymmetrical cable to a symmetrical one after like 2 months of usage :v: And wow, they're shit cheap outside of Czech Republic. I bought them for 50 dollars, yet Google found them for just 24. Dammit.
you know, the asymmetrical cable goes around your neck then in your ear I think
Whew, turns out it was just my SIM card that was broken, not my phone. What a huge relief.
Last page was sad with all the people breaking up their phones, atleast you are lucky.
you know, the asymmetrical cable goes around your neck then in your ear I think
What have I done :suicide: Kidding, I know that, and it was one of the reasons why I bought those, but since they are in-ear earphones, they cable doesnt pull them out of my ear at all (which happened all the time with those "out-ear" earphones) and the cable just got annoying.
I got these motherfuckers right here: http://www.amazon.com/Monster-Miles-Davis-Tribute-Headphones/dp/B002TLUJB8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322926249&sr=8-1 I don't care what anyone says, these buds are the shit.
ahahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAahahahahahahahahahahaha [editline]3rd December 2011[/editline]
Also, one last time before I go buy it: is the Rezound a good decision. I'm not buying it for the beats audio.
rezound looks awesome and it has less asshole design moves than the nexus while having better hardware (apart from the screen and battery life)
I hope the ICS port to the Captivate comes sooner now that the ICS Source code is out.
one thing I don't get is why can't they make a perfect phone, I mean with an microSD slot, 8MP camera and all the stuff that's missing from the Nexus?
The buds are actually really good. $400 worth? Not really. But it still feels good to have them. They're much better than the shit beats.
The buds are actually really good. $400 worth? Not really. But it still feels good to have them. -snip-
Sold my HD2 :) I'm one step closer to [del]world domi[/del]buying a Galaxy Note.

I don't know if it makes any real difference, seems a bit smoother for me [editline]3rd December 2011[/editline]
Sold my HD2 :) I'm one step closer to [del]world domi[/del]buying a Galaxy Note.
World Dominoteion har har
seems a bit smoother for me
>smoother >Galaxy S2 I don't believe you.
So expensive though :/ 259 sim free in Ireland too! It's £119 with Orange. Must wait I suppose :/
>smoother >Galaxy S2 I don't believe you.
it is smooth, but sadly it does hiccup sometimes, though happens rarely now you know, like swiping through the market
you know, like swiping through the market
That reminds me, why is the market so slow sometimes? Is it silky smooth in ICS? I mean they have the whole OS being supersmooth, so why put something as slow as that inside?
That reminds me, why is the market so slow sometimes? Is it silky smooth in ICS? I mean they have the whole OS being supersmooth, so why put something as slow as that inside?
hell it works much better since I added that to my build.prop, supposedly enabled HW-accelerated UI might be a placebo effect but it's smooth even if I have one core disabled

Well, lucky residents of Melbourne in Australia now have that option. The Australian network operator Telstra has worked closely with Google to bring the world’s first Android store to life and have named it Androidland. Inside Androidland, you will find things that many Android fanboys would go giddy over. A wide selection of phones to play with, a huge Google Earth setup, and Angry Birds galore. It definitely looks green and corny, but if something like this came to the States, that would be so awesome. Video tour down below.[/release]
It was called androidland because apple would sue if it was called the android store.
Argh goddammit all the phones are so boring
Buy the top phones all again, dismount them and create the best single phone out of them! Alternatively, Verzo Kinzo or Nokia Lumia 800 (I know.). Just because of the design. :v:
