so.. is all ICS SGS2 development dead because of lack of drivers right now? Seems like everyone either quit or put the project on hold :suicide:
http://codeworkx.de/wordpress/ [editline]4th December 2011[/editline]
flashed speedmod so FAST
SiyahKernel > Errything
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101?
Get the TF201 when it comes out. Or if that is too expensive, just get the TF101. The TF101 isn't getting replaced like you would think, now it just has a bigger brother.

I followed the guides and my phone is not dead, and THAT is something.
I'm getting kinda bored of CM, any suggestions of ROMs I should flash? :v:
MIUI?
SpeedMod works on CM 7.1 Captivate, right?

List of applications that are safe to remove (depends on whether you use it or not of course, but this list helps to find out what won't hurt your system if you disable it) - Flash a different ROM, try out a new kernel.. you've just entered the world of endless android posibilities (ok, not endless, still no stable ICS ROM :v: ) - BACK UP YOUR EFS FOLDER. It's basically your phone identity, containing your IMEI and such. Some ROMs used to delete it, and although that should not happen anymore these days, if I was you I wouldn't take the risk. Just download Root Explorer (or ES File Explorer and enable Root exploring in it's settings), navigate to your phone root and copy the efs folder to your SD card, then copy it to your PC or something.
Yeah I think I'll get the S2 for christmas, no point wasting money on the nexus when it's missing basic hardware like a microSD slot. Hopefully there'll be a working ICS port soon after I get it because now that I've seen ICS in action everything else (especially touchwiz) looks like a toy.
I also love how I got a Captivate a month before the S2 came out V:v:V
I also love how I got a Captivate a month before the S2 came out V:v:V
I would probably shoot myself :v:
I would probably shoot myself :v:
I get that one a lot.
:sigh:
Like I said SiyahKernel > All :v:
I would probably shoot myself :v:
Stop planning to shoot yourself. Its not cool.
Like I said SiyahKernel > All :v:
I'm running Captivate... :(
Anyone know of a NDS emulator for the SGS II if that exists?

Yeah, in that case it's a good choice if there's no other :v: This god awful thing: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_x10_mini-3125.php
At least it can play angry birds!
Is there a kernel similar to Speedmod for the Captivate that runs with CM 7.1?
I might be getting a tablet for christmas. ... Or a DSLR camera... My family wants a tablet, running android of course because my dad wants it the most important think. Of course I want it too so my dad will start using the wireless router for it. Or press on a DSLR camera that I want to use for school, for computer art, the school newspaper, recording events, the yearbook, and making short films... I don't think I can get both and I really don't need a tablet right now or any time soon...
Buy a cheaper android tablet and a Nikkon D3000 problem solved
Are you serious? And your missing the making short films part of the camera and I'm gunning for the canon t3i, not the canon t2i because I want swivel screen. Or 60d if parents are not being super cheapos or if it's really cheap.
