So far I've purchased:
Soundhound sounds useful, and I watch a lot of movies. Can it analyze music from a recorded file? I might get it, since it's 10 cents and I'm NOT THAT CHEAP! Can't wait till tomorrow! I

you were so excited you didn't even finish your sentence did ya
Anyone know anything about the asus transformer? I'm getting one new for free.
...will probably buy most of the apps tomorrow. I hope it had something productivity wise.
Brb, awaiting midnight to see the next 10 10-cent apps.
Oh, and sorry about that. I was too busy celebrating :v:
I feel like posting them deals at midnight...
What's the difference between the free Soundhound version and the paid one?
Looks like I'll be back on the Android train in a week or two after a brief foray with WebOS.
If I want to buy some of these delicious 10p apps, can I do so now and install them on any device at a later date? Currently if I purchase one it gives me the option to send it to my old Android phone; will I be able to send it to my new one when it arrives?

Purchase them for your old phone, and they will be tied to your account ready to download on the new one, provided it's compatible.
Also, probably been said a lot, but I hate how it won't let me buy Pocket Minecraft because my old phone is a piece of shit.

My dad might still have his Hannspad kicking around, may ask him to associate my account with it in the hopes that it might meet the mark. It is a Tegra 2 device. Plus I'm sure he'd like Swiftkey which I've just bought.
Maybe you guys could find someone you trust with a rooted good phone who would be willing to add your google account, so you can buy and send it to their phone.
Their'd probably have to be something in it for the other guy because that sounds like :effort:

I don't go anywhere without mine, it's really comfortable to use (the keyboard is amazing) and it's a nice tablet, I love it to bits. The only issue is the build quality, which is slightly subpar on a few of them, though mine's not got any issues.
I could do it, wait but i'm not rooted. Do I have to be rooted in order to sign off android Market, sign in and make the purchase?
I mean all of the apps today except for need for speed my Sony Ericsson Xperia mini Pro can run...
Still can't wait till midnight...
just bought minecraft, asphalt 6, soundhound and fieldrunners :v:
"fruit slice" is Fruit Ninja, fun time killing game. Also SwiftKey X is FUCKING AWESOME! I just need an ICS-y theme, anyone know about something like that?
SwiftKey X recently got another theme, as in during Halloween. It's the orange theme. So just wait since its a popular request if you haven checked their support pages. I use the dark theme. BECUZZZ IMA ON DA DAWRRRRKKKK SSIIDDDEEEE!
I can't order Asphalt 6, when I search for it on the market I find nothing and have to google it, now when I try to purcahse it says: We are unable to process your payment and complete this purchase. Please contact Google Checkout support here.
Asphalt6's graphics are really good, maybe on par with Shadowgun
What's the difference between the free Soundhound version and the paid one?
No ads? More features? I didn't bother buying it since I have no use for it, really.
i bought everything since $0.10 who cares
Okay I got an Android phone, any particular apps I should get? I'm gonna be using it for browsing the web and texting and calling, and the occasional game.

"What benefit is there to buying SoundHound ∞, when there are unlimited IDs in the free version?
Paid users tell us that they purchased SoundHound ∞ for the ad-free experience, especially on the unlimited lyrics pages. But we want to go further than that, so we are making SoundHound ∞ the lead app for SoundHound's new features. If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, it already includes exclusive links to artists' Wikipedia pages, as well as Song Recommendations; if you have an Android phone, you'll gain access to a home screen widget, which allows you to identify music without launching the application. In addition, there is much more to come in 2011!"

Texting or any kind of text input: SwiftKey X keyboard
Browsing web: opera mini, hd or dolphin hd, mini
Games: there are a lot of free ones, so just download some. Many offer several hours of gameplay.

Oh 10 cents that's pretty good, compared to the iOS prices. Thanks!

I was having a look at some of the free apps on a PC while I wait for the phone to charge, and I noticed firefox for android. Is it any good?

I would say the stock browser is better than firefox.
I picked up Swift Key X, and I have to say I notice no appreciable difference between it and Thumb Keyboard. The only place I'd say is better is the numpad it has instead of the number row in Thumb.
Thumb also has the added benefit of supporting tablet screen sizes while swift costs and additional $5.
And which phone did you get?

By then, SwiftKey X will understand your typing style and better improve your given predictions and efficiency. As in give it some time, it can't read your brain (yet) and it's a damn good keyboard. And hell, it's 10 cents.

Very good chance I could be getting a Galaxy Nexus on Friday. On Verizon. They're coming, confirmed by a friend that works in a store.
