It's basically the same as the 2X except for the camera, but knowing that Motorola has a reputation for locking their phones down to shit, I'm afraid I wont be able to root and overclock it later on. The Atrix bootloader can be unlocked. But you are going really over budget... Are you sure you can't find the 2x at a decent price anywhere? Check google shopping.
