Google employees get a limited edition of Nexus
Got that limited cover as well. Debating whether to keep it or sell it.
Is the battery life okay? I was using it for most of the time. [editline]20th December 2011[/editline] Gimme some battery advise please, preferably something that would let me stay online in Google Talk.
Off your backlight

When I first got my SGS2 I had about 7-8 hours of battery life and now I still have 85-90% left after a >10h day. Granted, I'm not using it as much anymore, but it's still obvious that the battery gets a lot better in the first few months.
just ordered my galaxy nexus so pumped!

Man, Swype is awesome too user with one hand or a stylus. Also, I have my brightness set to lowest, but it's still bright as fuck [editline]20th December 2011[/editline] Also, the biggest battery eater is the browser, for whatever reason.

Q1 is within the first 4 months of the year right? http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/20/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-and-note-get-late-ics-christmas-presents-ar/
two year warrenty? I thought it was 1...
well, from the place I bought it from it claims 2 http://www.johnlewis.com/231340099/Product.aspx
Well, shit. Note to self: Next time, don't buy a flagship phone from Samsung that will be abandoned in a year. I know it's an old excuse for a rant, but Nexus S got ICS too :( Not that it matters. Even if Galaxy S was to get an ICS upgrade, it would be three years from now at their speed.

Have been using my Galaxy Nexus for about a week now, and am happy to report that I have squeezed approximately 2 days out of one full charge, with GPS, Wifi, Data all on, with light use. (Checking for updates and responding to a few texts).
Heh, I get like 6 hours with my Note with constant 3D gaming and lots of browsing.
