So just because a phone is a rectangle with a screen and some buttons at the bottom, it's a copy of the iPhone? That intel phone looks nice though

But compared to my GS2 it's also pretty small and a lot of space is wasted on the front. But it's definitely not a bad design.

So I've looked at MIUI and Cyanogen 7, and I feel like I'd like CM7 more than MIUI. Would anyone care to instruct me on the process of properly and safely flashing a new rom? The only thing I've done with my phone is root it, which is why I've been putting off the update to 2.3 for my phone, because I read that if you [I]have[/I] rooted it, it'll just mess things up if you let it update. But yeah, I'd love some help.

Isn't wiping battery stats not needed on the GS2? Pulling out the battery for more than 90 seconds should have the same effect, no?

Well, Samsung ROM was a leaked alpha, so who knows? Maybe they decided to port the TouchWiz framework first, and only then start working on actually changing it.
