I'd recommend a Samsung or a Google phone. I've got an LG myself and they're shit with updating. (I'm still running 2.2 while the rest of the world has the 2.3 update for optimus 3D)

Well, get rid of the widget with clock, you have time on the notification bar and date on the lockscreen (or in your head if you're not as retarded as I am). Move the weather to a differnet screen and do you really need Readers and social hub and market on the homescreen?

It is android's best file manager (with busybox of course).
I've just copied my /sd-ext directory (80 mb of free ROM, it's a requirement) to my sd card. I'm then backing that up, before using my new class 10 8GB sd card (from a 2gb class 2).
It's awesome to have a basic understanding of this shit.

or, you can use something like Root Explorer or ES File Explorer, if you're a retard and have no understanding of Linux commands, like me
I want to ditch Blur but keep the Webtop functionality of my Atrix but that shit is baked so deep in to Blur that it's one or the other. I guess the novelty of the Webtop will wear off eventually. In fact it'll probably coincide with the current MIUI alpha going beta.

Just got my S2, it's great but I have a weird problem with it; the microphone won't work unless I plug my headphones in. Additionally, media like music and video won't play through the speaker, but things like ringtones and calls do. What gives?
