Have you stress tested it? 1.182 isn't high, but if that's not under a high load, that isn't good.

It's at a level where liquid nitrogen(or sub-ambient at least) cooling is required to prevent damage. 1.760v is about 0.330 above the "risk of severe damage" point.

With Haswell the FIVR will always request 1.8v, so some motherboards will always report ~1.8 for vcore. The FIVR will regulate voltages from there. With how finicky some boards are with this, it's always better to just manually do the overclock. [editline]10th March 2015[/editline] And 1.35 is pretty much the top "safe" voltage for Haswell, not 1.4+
After 1 min stress test First picture from while I was playing game
I mean I'd just do it manually, no matter what. It takes a couple minutes of learning how to do it, and then some stress testing.

Maybe later I shall learn to do it manually. But if the values are normal it can stay for couple days. :D And thanks for help. One more question :D I have a third fan in case that additional. But it doesnt appear in any monitoring program, shouldnt it appear ? edit: in asus suite vcin value seems 1760V, vcore is 0.720 but rises to 1180 in cpuz vcore is 0.720 in aida64 vcore is 0.720 in cpuid hwmonitor vcore is 1760 Im confused
Just recieved a 4GB stick from an auction (KVR13N9S8/4) and it doesn't work. Computer won't post or give video signal/beeping if I have it on a slot, whether or not my other, working stick is in the other. If there's no sticks at all, it does respond with regular POST error beeps, and both slots work because I tried my known-good stick on em. Clearing CMOS doesn't seem to change anything. Anything else I can do or should I just complain and try to get my money back?
I'm doing a course this semester that uses Swift and I don't have a mac at home. Can I get OSX running on my laptop without having to spend $1000+ on a macbook?

Hey, I am doing project in college which requires some research. So I have a question. 1) Did cisco ever manufacture products as they were ordered? I mean without holding products in stock? Say customer orders 1000 Routers, so Cisco manufacture 1000 and send them off? 2) If yes, do they still do it?
What laptop do you have?
It's a HP palivion D6 I think
My Windows 8.1 laptop isn't working, every time I start it up I get a loading screen saying "we couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes, don't turn off your computer", all suggestions online aren't working (like entering safe mode and doing things in the Windows menu). [editline]10th March 2015[/editline] It ended up fixing itself.
Has anybody anywhere found a solution to the horrid microstutters the GTX 970 gets? These stutters apply to more or less EVERY game I play, even the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth! This is otherwise a great card but god DAMN this microstuttering is driving me up the wall.

Ah damnit, I'm going to call the manufacturer I got the computer from and a local professional computer place if that first one doesn't work.
Hey folks, i have two screens, one 1920x1080 and one 1360x768. When i play games or use fullscreen applications on the main display, it all works great, until i lower the resoltion of the application to something below 1920x1080. When i do lower the res to something smaller, all the things displayed on the 1360x1080 screen will jump all over the place.. Anyone know a way to stop this from happening? Not all the applications i run have windowed borderless fullscreen..
You could attempt setting whatever you're running to Windowed and using BorderlessGaming.
Is there an easier way to find out what country a YouTube video is not blocked in? There's gotta be something simpler and faster than tediously and repeatedly switching to the next country down the list with Hola! and refreshing the page only to be met with the same error, right?
so uh

Unfortunately not really much you can do about that.
I need a new microphone for my PC since my old Logitech is starting to sound crappy, preferably under 20 euros. Is the Zalman clip-on mic good or are there better alternatives?
I need a new microphone for my PC since my old Logitech is starting to sound crappy, preferably under 20 euros. Is the Zalman clip-on mic good or are there better alternatives?
I really like my Zalman. The modmic is better though.
Within the display port [editline]8th March 2015[/editline] Why is it hard for me to find a monitor with display port daisy chain?
most dell monitors have MST and daisy chain support
I'm replacing the fans on a friends CPU cooler and have to remove it from the CPU to do so, Whats the best way to remove the old thermal paste before re-installing it?
I'm replacing the fans on a friends CPU cooler and have to remove it from the CPU to do so, Whats the best way to remove the old thermal paste before re-installing it?
Q-Tips or a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol
I'm replacing the fans on a friends CPU cooler and have to remove it from the CPU to do so, Whats the best way to remove the old thermal paste before re-installing it?
Q-tips for scrubbing, coffee filter paper for wiping the general area clean with no fibers sticking to anything. 99% isopropyl alcohol is best, but 90% will do. The higher the percentage, the faster the drying time and less risk of shorting.
Thanks guys
