is there a way to make youtube actually play the videos from the playlist that i want to watch not some random videos or not play at all?
My graphics card was overheating (getting up to 90 C) so i upped my graphics card's fan speed... It's super loud now, but the temps are like 20 C lower...
Should I be worried about having my fans spinning so fast? They are at about 4080 rpm right now.
The fan is most likely designed to run at that speed. The bearings may wear out a little faster but its not a big problem. A fan is a whole lot cheaper than a GPU.

I'm afraid I could have possibly done damage to my GPU. When i was playing GW2 earlier my computer screen got artifacts, sound froze, and then my computer crashed.

probably dried thermal paste, replace it and you should be good to go
How do I send the the signal from my TV card over LAN to my laptop?

Hmm, don't know about that one. Could be the case though, thanks for the response.

Media Streaming, like rtmp
Maybe it reports Fahrenheit but calls it Celsius? I've seen a few temperature sensors that did that.
After restarting my computer that value just become normal, I only seen that once. And there was no heat in case so it probably nothing important.
Edit : My motherboard have 8 update for bios. Should I update it one by one or directly updating to latest one ?

latest
Does the fast boot option in windows 8.1 actually make a difference to boots just wondering as it can't be used when hibernation is disabled which I might do to clear up space on my ssd from the hiberfil.sys.
Is IRIX freely downloadable somewhere?
Media Streaming, like rtmp
But what software?
I've been thinking about getting a SSD to boot games faster just had a couple questions:
1. Should I switch my windows boot to the SSD if I got one
2. Is there any big difference between external/internal, and which is easier to use?
3. How do I go about booting games off the SSD, but keeping everything else on my HD?
4. What if I buy an eternal 1TB harddrive for extra space? Is it just like a USB drive but with extra space?

1. Yes, because that gives you a much bigger benefit than just putting your games on there.
2. Major difference is speed. External SSDs are limited to USB 3.0 speeds, while internal ones can run far faster. For a desktop there's no reason not to use an internal - it's probably the easiest upgrade to perform, just stick it in an open drive bay and hook up two cables, one power and one SATA.
3. For Steam games, when you install a game you're prompted which "library" to install to, just make a new library on the SSD and it'll work. Games installed off CD also usually prompt where to install to, just pick somewhere on the SSD.
4. Yep, exactly. Well, you generally need a second USB connection for power - hard drives draw more than USB provides, so they usually use two. But that's simple enough. From the application level it looks just like any other drive.
Yo guys i'm just looking to buy a new laptop, what are my options in terms of places to buy from (UK), retail will obviously be overpriced, looking on amazon seems to be a minefield of stuff.
I'm just looking for a bit of performance on the go, doesn't have to be super powerful, just reasonable that I can play games at above 30fps or so (admitedly I guess dota 2 and payday 2 are my most played games)
budget is around £700 - any ideas what I should shoot for?
Is it worth it to upgrade from a 660 to a 770? I have a chance to get a 770 for 180$ and I was wondering whether or not to buy it.
Hmm, my screen is 1920x1080, but it does have support for 1280x720, but when i try to run some games in 720, a bit of the game gets outside of the screen, anyone know why?
Not every game handles mis-matching resolutions properly. Easiest way to fix it in those unsupported games would probably be to change your desktop's resolution to 1280x720 and then set the game to match after you launch it.
But why are you trying to run games at a lower resolution? Graphics card not up to par?

overscan. you can change it in the desktop size panel in the Nvidia settings
I've been trying to convert some icons to png so I could I use them on my Android Phone, but they keep on showing up with a black background when I actually transfer it. Not sure whats causing it. Anyone know why?
Has anyone used HyperX Cloud IIs? My sidetone volume does not work I can't hear myself. Any help?
Are there any PC mouses that have some kind of coating/material that prevents dirt pile up?
Not sure if everyone has this but about after few months of using mouse normally I have dirt build up on mouse rubbery sides which reminds of plasticine and is a bitch to get off.
I used to get horrible, grimey stuff building up on a old cooler master mouse I had, I was often having to wipe it down. After switching to a deathadder ages ago I have never had any build up on it. In fact I got it over a year ago and have never had to wipe it haha.
This is the one I currently have http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-M6900-Optical-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B004H4CGHU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426621568&sr=8-1&keywords=M6900
I like it's shape and how it feels in hand, but the rubbery sides are ass. Just spent about an hour taking whole mouse apart and cleaning it.
G400S seems to be kinda narrow/small mouse.
Any wide size ones like the one I have?

The G400s fits big and small hands
Could I possibly get some recommendations on what my next upgrade should be focused on?
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/emmkai/saved/4yCKHx
I'm having trouble deciding what should be next... except for the ram - I don't have those exact ones but they're the same brand and details and whatnot - but I know that I should probably take a step up from that brand.

I'd say a GPU upgrade should be next on your list.

Also RAM brand doesn't mean shit.
Hey guys, quick question.
Hypothetically, let's say you had a GPU, but wanted to keep it a certain temperature level, yet still get the most out of it (AKA, not under-clocking it).
I came across this video of a guy removing the GPU fan and heat-sinks, and then installing a CPU cooler. His problem was that the CPU cooler was too large to fit a with the rest of the parts inside the computer, so he opted to keep the GPU outside of the case with two fans at minimum speed levels.
In a later video, he showcases a larger computer case he built to specifically hold this massive GPU and cooler combo (for the sake of keeping the computer as silent as possible).
My question is this: is this remotely a practical setup to keep the GPU cool, yet powerful? What are better alternatives?
Main reason I'm asking is that I plan on building a PC some time in the future, and rather keep everything functioning for a long time, but still have it all run amazingly.

No, that is absolutely not a practical method.
The best way to keep your GPU cool is just to have a case with good airflow, and a good cooler. If you have problems with heat, a closed-loop cooler is a far better method than that hackery.
Also, what is your purpose in keeping the temperature low? There's literally no benefit in keeping the temperatures low - as long as you're within safe operating temperatures, you're fine, and most chips are safe at least up to 80C.

Still at stock clocks it will run for a long time. There's no need to go this crazy. If you want an aftermarket GPU cooler though without going liquid, I'd suggest an arctic cooling one.
My build won't really need extensive cooling, it was more so to know if there are better alternative, even if they're wacky and really weird like the videos I referenced, and also that my question was partially hypothetical.
