Just tried spotify, it's awesome and free but what's the catch? I mean surely any music for free can't actually be free?
Yeah I see ads, but thats it? Nothing else?
Ads on a massively popular service like spotify are usually the way to go. [editline]9th June 2015[/editline] Also a shitty desktop client.

I used to listen music on vk.com (Russian social network) which was pain in the ass to use for music sometimes, or youtube (which was also pain in the ass because it's accompanied by a video). So spotify is really gold to me.

I'm looking for a DVI switcher that would let me plug my Xbox 360(with an HDMI to DVI cable, of course) and my computer into the same monitor and switch them as I please. Anyone know a contraption like this that doesn't cost 30+ dollars?
I am getting my h100i tomorrow, and I've been reading around and seen there is big discussion between push/pull configs. What are differences? many people seem to have different opinions or just have no idea what they are talking about.

Anything less and you start treading into unreliable garbage territory. Or used if possible.

[editline]9th June 2015[/editline]
There's pretty much no difference between push/pull configs. They both usually provide the same amount of cooling with the same amount of dust buildup.
Not the same amount of dust buildup on the radiator though. Pull it will just fall through for the most part and easy to blow out. Push it gets trapped in between the fans and rad easier.
Pull as in air gets pushed outside of the case?
I prefer to have them taking in air from outside the case. So rad against the case, then fans below the rad pulling air into your case.

My CPU gets very hot during heavy load, going up to 90-95ºC, somtimes it even goes to triple digits. It is well ventilated and I clean off any dust every 3 months or so. Last cleaned it 2 weeks ago Can this be the thermal paste gone dry?

Dunno if this is the right place to ask but I might need a new phone since my Lumia 520 is not working very well. Which one should I pick? I need one that's good and not very expensive, with Android and preferably with better specs than my current phone
That's high for just thermal paste. How old is it? It seems like your cooler isn't mounted right.
2 years old, using a stock cooler and as far as I know, it's mounted right.
2 years old, using a stock cooler and as far as I know, it's mounted right.
I'd recommend getting a new cooler, stock ones aren't very good and the stock thermal paste that comes on them isn't the best quality. But you should try re-applying the paste first, with a reputable brand such as Arctic Silver. I had a similar issue, my cpu idle speed went down by ~7 degrees just by getting aftermarket thermal paste.
I agree, but not arctic silver. There are just too many other alternatives with the performance that don't have the risks. [editline]10th June 2015[/editline] What CPU is it, by the way?
Uhh so yeah, as expected - doesn't fit. http://m.imgur.com/b4Uf8hx I guess I will put fans on top. [editline]10th June 2015[/editline] Done, installed and works fine. Too bad Corsair link software doesn't understand that my GPU fans are off and it's a feature, it keeps blinking red alerting that fan is not spinning.
What CPU is it, by the way?
It's an AMD A10-6800K.
Oh God something is weird going on. I've set multiplier in BIOS to 22.5 and managed to get 4.5 GHz on fx 8350 It boots fine and temp stays under 30 deg. However - PC freezes up when starting to do work. Did I not set something? Motherboard: M5A97 R2.0 http://imgur.com/yLoqqPM
Very odd case, this is a school computer a teacher has. She has an external hard-drive that has multiple drives on it (not from the school) and when she connects it at home (on the same laptop she uses at school,) it works fine, however, at school, only one drive shows up on the laptop. Tried multiple days and it's the same thing I figured it was something to do with the internet as the only logical explanation, connected the hardrive to other computers and it worked fine, disabled the wifi and it still wouldn't show up. What the heck? [editline]a[/editline] Nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out, because the school has network drives, for SOME reason it thinks the drives in the external drive are part of the network drives, so after an hour or so the other network drives are gone, and it will display the proper format of the drives. I found a glitch!!
I actually like this desktop client.
The search function got massively gimped some time ago, and they fucked with some other useful features. That made me drop spotify altogether.
It's an AMD A10-6800K.
Yeah the APU stock heatsinks are atrocious. I was running the same temps on my A8 6500 which is a far lower power part with the same stock heatsink.
I can't get GTA V to run at 60HZ while at my native res (1440p), can I fix this?
I can't get GTA V to run at 60HZ while at my native res (1440p), can I fix this?
You mean you can't select the setting for 60hz 1440p res? What card do you have?
You mean you can't select the setting for 60hz 1440p res? What card do you have?
Yeah that's worded better; 780TI.
