What's a good dll repair program? I searched up but I'm not sure wich is legit. It's mostly to fix the 0xc00007b error.
Man, working on all in one computers is absolute pain in the ass.
Take 10 screws out, everything holds together, take 1 screw out, everything falls apart :v:
Looking for a free antivirus that works reasonably well for being free. Are there any suggestions? I've had some issues in the past with Avast, so if there are any good alternatives I would appreciate hearing about them.
So I normally don't notice a problem with my internet, but lately it's become painful to deal with.
At random points in the day, my entire family's internet basically stops working. Trying to load webpages in any browser does not work, and if my brother or myself are in an online game (on separate computers), we both get incredibly high pings that make games entirely unplayable.
It's so bad that one time my brother hosted a server for a game so we could play together instead of using another server, and for a while everything was fine until I started getting immense lag. When my connection got better, his suddenly got just as bad and he was the server host.
Is there anything I can do on my end, or do I have to get in contact with our ISP/ get a different ISP?
switch to ublock origin
I've been having shit get by origin lately, I tried purging all caches, adding MVPS, and updating but still getting some that I used to never with adblock.
I've been having shit get by origin lately, I tried purging all caches, adding MVPS, and updating but still getting some that I used to never with adblock.
That's because uBlock focuses primarily on being resource effective, instead of making sure goddamn everything even remotely related to what's on the blocklists are blocked.
yet i have 0 issues whilst on ad block plus id have tons of issues
I've only encountered something that snuck by uBlock twice in the months I've used it.
ABP on the other hand was a high maintenance memory whore to me.
Working in Unity 5 for the first time is infuriating because it's hard to find a decent 2D platformer tutorial on YouTube. Does anyone know any good tutorial series for Unity 5?
Hey guys my laptop has been having issues for months. It all started when I installed windoes 10 on it after an HDD failure. I had win 10 for a while but after a month or so my laptop had another hdd failure. I replaced the HDD two times. By now. The third one that is in there now is brand new. My laptop takes 45 minutes to boot up. Any time i try to do anything with the drivers it crashes, and if i have chrome open too long it locks up and restarts. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Do I need a new laptop?

I hate to say it, but those are symptoms of a failing hard drive. Though its odd that you've gotten 3 bunk drives in a row. Is the hard drive firmly on the SATA connector? Loose drives can cause weird symptoms like that too.
Could be the sata controller is failing...

Is there anyway to check/confirm that this is the cause? And if so is there a way to fix it without replacing my laptop?

Only way to test is against another known good HDD. If it shows the same symptoms, its probably not the drive, but the controller itself. In which case the only cost effective remedy is a whole new laptop unless you can find the motherboard for real cheap on ebay.
You forgot the man hours its gonna take as well to even get the bottom panel completely off.
