Chris-PC. I'm so boring :frown:
For over a year now I've been naming my systems boring stuff, like vps3 and dedi1, etc. Last month I decided to change that. For systems I own I'm using names of fruits. oranges is a dedi in texas limes is a VM on oranges bananas is the VPS hosted by Hexxeh blueberries is the VPS in Phoenix that's now dead. apples is blueberries replacement in Seattle pineapples is my netbook melons is my desktop I wanted to name the Facepunch servers after Justice songs but garry didn't want that
I have the tendency to name my PC's after the manufacture of the case for some odd reason. My old custom-built PC is Thermaltake while my new one is Antec.
I simply named mine "Hello Computer" after this:
"Little Boy" for my actual computer and I called "Old Grandpa' " for my old PC (AMD Sempron 3600+ and Radeon X1200 Series)
GTX sounds and looks badass (also is my gpu)
Still haven't properly named mine but my main hard drive is the 'GlazedHam'
SPELMASKIN which is Swedish for "GAMEMACHINE"
Athlon X64 DELL Phenom II ect
Why was I rated dumb on all my posts? :saddowns: What's wrong with Tron, or naming your hard drive something that actually relates to what's on it? Which reminds me, I need to come up with a name for my external drive which holds all my stuff in case something blows up...
Main PC: Comrade Zero (also commonly called "The Monolith" because it's zoggin' 'uge) Mineral-oil submerged PC: The Think-Tank
