just spoke with my son and he intends on overclocking. is there a cheaper liquid cooling alternative to the one you mentioned? cuz it costs so much and sorry if i sound stupid <3 im not very good at this stuff <3

Ok.. Let me make this clear, with the build we have suggested. Liquid cooling would once again be a [b] Waste [/b] Of Money. I highly doubt he will be overclocking over 3.8, 3.9 GHz ... Up to about 3.7, With good fan cooling. The system will be fine, I.E Afterstock CPU Cooler and Case Fans. Use The Megahalem... and fill all Case Fan Slots :) Adding on to the post... I also agree he doesn't know how to effectively overclock, and if he tries he will most likely fuck up the whole computer. Costing you more money because you didn't listen to the people who know what there doing.. :)

get a modular 700w ocz or 600w ocz. cost less = very good performance. i trust corsair when going to 1000w though.
