Get this. The Pre is fucking horribly slow and its applications market is tiny. Since this runs on Android, you'll have access to 10,000 and growing applications, as opposed to the double or triple digit figures you get with the Pre.

I would point out that nothing seems to work on the Droid though. There's Droid owners squealing on app comments all over the marketplace.
The more popular apps, if they haven't already, will obviously get Droid support updates soon enough. Although, isn't there backwards-compatibility?
Apparently not. I personally don't own a Droid, I'm on the Hero, but loads of apps have been rated down by Droid users usually with the comments "Force quit on Droid" "Doesn't support soft touch" "Duznt werk on droid omgusuck1starfail" etc.
Still waiting for this thing to come to canada.
