too late mate [editline]8th June 2012[/editline] Alright, I'm done now.
I am so confused PC freezes randomly, then my second gpu fan goes up to 100% After a restart it turned out SLI had randomly disabled itself :pwn:
Your video card is either overheating or the drivers are losing control Or both.
Drivers are losing control? Jesus take the wheel!
no wonder theyre called drivers [editline]8th June 2012[/editline] its cause they're always crashing [editline]8th June 2012[/editline] [img]http://www.tv1.com.au/_baqstage/content/blog/seinfeld.jpg[/img] [editline]8th June 2012[/editline] I would like to apologize for that.
So the PC that i got for £25 came today. The back of the case and motherboard was all corroded, it has been left outside for at least a month. I change the CMOS battery and replace a bulging cap, throw a stick of RAM in and get this it actually posted the thing's a bloody trooper Right now it's installing windows 7
[QUOTE=Brt5470;36248747]Your video card is either overheating or the drivers are losing control Or both.[/QUOTE] Definitely not overheating, each card idles at 30 and max on furmark is 60 and thats with fans at 40% Seems to have fixed itself The problem only arose after I installed some USB drivers.

No idea why, but the printer at work just tried to feed all of the paper to the print head. It sent like 150 sheets through the rollers at once.
[QUOTE=ButtsexV3;36250470]No idea why, but the printer at work just tried to feed all of the paper to the print head. Damn it! Why don't any motherboard have enough PCI slots for my soundcard and WiFi adapter. Even if some of them offer two of them, a second GPU would block one if I were to go for SLI, so I'd need to either go for a single-GPU system or buy a PCI-E soundcard/WiFi adapter. Hard choices... [editline]8th June 2012[/editline] Is SLI even important? Should I just buy one GPU and deal with it? I don't even have enough money to buy a new computer yet.
[QUOTE=ButtsexV3;36250470]No idea why, but the printer at work just tried to feed all of the paper to the print head. i just realized there's probably a way to instantly get any one of us to post in this thread. like, there's something we can say and it will instantly piss whoever it is off and make them appear. With Brt it's "Fujitsu Semens". With Deeps it's Mac-bashing. wonder what mine is
I fanned it before I put it in earlier today. It isn't particularly humid in here either, we keep a pretty powerful dehumidifier in the next room. I think we need to just stop using cheap paper.

I am instantly triggered by uninformed opinions (usually ends up being Apple-bashing) I like to keep an open mind.
