It's a shame that it's not the nice wooden one, but it will do.
http://www.old-computers.com/museum/computer.asp?c=117 I've got one of these I want to gut for my Pi, I could make up a USB controller for the keyboard with an arduino or something.
I know nothing about electronics like that so I'll probably never do it.

Just started messing around with resolution on my last CRT (Previously only 1280x1024) 2560x2048, before i was blind but now I can see
So, WWDC just popped out a 2880x1800 laptop. This can only mean good things for future monitors and laptops
That resolution beats my 30" IPS panel. :(
So, WWDC just popped out a 2880x1800 laptop. This can only mean good things for future monitors and laptops
Don't worry, they will still shit out glossy 1366x768 15" notebooks, just because.
Interesting, the new MacBook Pro is going to have a 2880x1800 screen. In other news, I got my Raspberry Pi this morning. It's a nifty little device, though I'm disappointed in the CPU. I hope another company comes out with something similar using that Allwinner A10 chip... That aside, it cost me $40 and I'm typing this very message on it. Facepunch was nearly unusable until I disabled loading images, but it works well enough now. One thing holding it back is definitely the lack of GPU-accelerated XOrg, which I hope is being worked on. It's a shame that we have that powerful GPU that isn't being used.
Minecraft doesn't let me join multiplayer servers if i have it open on one screen, but it works fine if i simply move it over to another :downs:
That game has bugs that never make sense.
And bugs that don't make sense usually means that the code is shit. [editline]11th June 2012[/editline] Which is also the case :v:
And bugs that don't make sense usually means that the code is shit.
So, what's new?
Speaking of multiple monitor setups and bugs, why is it that if I drag a window between the two screens a couple of times, every single window on my desktop minimizes simultaneously?
Windows gesture shortcut thingies.

future versions of windows are so shit that they will still use windows 7 in 2094
future versions of windows are so shit that they will still use windows 7 in 2094
Frankly, if Windows 8 is the future, that's entirely justified.
I still don't understand why everyone is pissing their pants over Windows 8. It's going to be fine. I'm actually looking forward to having a new interface and lower memory footprint.

So i bought out my school laptop when i finished school (50 euro, wanted something to hook up to the tv) and my biggest concern was the HDD. It had been semi broken lately, as in Windows worked but dualbooting, booting from any device you could possibly think of and for some reason network share didn't work. Now when i got home i tried again since i already had a old version of Ubuntu on a SD card IT MOTHERFUCKING WORKS Looked at the hardware and i think the IT guy switched my HDD when he installed FreeDOS on it (replacement for Win7) So i lost about 90GB of storage space, But i gained the possibility to use Linux or anything else yay
