I do not have this kind, have no fear. I have that silicon insert thing that connects them.

So I've managed to transfer over 52 Petabytes a second, at one point.
Wooh, I've broken world records on virtualized, standard commodity hardware. Fuck yeah.
Why is it that really expensive review builds never managed to get above 60 fps on highest settings in bf3 with 1920x1080 resolution on the 680/7970.
But one fps pro manages to have a steady 120 fps with the gtx 680 highest settings 1920x1080 and complains when his frame-rate goes down to 80 fps in bf3.
He does also not overclock etc.
This is the first review to be close to it:

Every other must be running a 60hz screen or something.

the fps pro probably changed some settings in a .ini or some shit.
Because that benchmark you just posted has MSAA turned off, most reviewers turn everything as high as it can go including anti aliasing and all that shit which has a pretty big effect on performance
Just thought I'd say this but a lot of the things you guys say goes right over my head and out the window
I feel very unsmart in here sometimes

Yet with aa on and the rest as high as he could put them he got min 80 fps and avg 100 fps with max 120 fps on 1920x1080.
I am trying to tell everyone here that he did absolutely nothing to the game etc.
Anyone know where I can buy a KBC Poker?
Not necessarily.

I used to have a pair of this card long ago. I probably have to say that this is one of the worst electrical designs ever made.
Warcraft 3 (medium to low settings)
Counter Strike 1.6
Any Half-Life original (not source that thing would struggle even more)
Terraria (I think the 945 is XNA compatable)
Freelancer (800x600 but everything at medium or high settings)
Mech Warrior 4 (you might wanna rebind some keys first)
Any Freespace game (purchase from gog.com)
Quake 3
and
Phun (cartoony physics, it's fucking fun)
thanks, there's a start! wish minecraft ran better on it ... i get like 10 fps...but then i think thats just miencraft

How could you not mention Starcraft?
Never forget the original Blizzard games.
Like the Lost Vikings!

Have you tried optifine?
Also the original Command and Conquer games (1&2, as well as Red Alert) will run perfectly fine on that. Also there's an older game called Shogo: Mobile Armor Division. It's like Quake, but you sometimes are a mech that can turn into a hover tank thing. Age of Empires, as well. The original Quake and Quake II are options. If you are a Star Trek fan, you can get Star Trek: Voyager: Elite Force 1, it's like Quake III but with a kickass story mode, and the bots are much smarter. Really pretty much any game pre ~2001 or 2 will work fine.

Check your local thrift store for a CD section(They usually lump games and music discs together), I have more than a dozen awesome old games from my local Goodwills and Salvation Armies. You can get some great stuff from there.
Original is the best. Zero and light suck.
Original from a glass bottle = aww yeah.
Original from a glass bottle = aww yeah.
They don't sell anything other than plastic bottles over here :c
And only tastes we get are Original, Zero and Light. I have never had some special ones like Vanilla or whatever thay had.
Oh well, coke is good enough.

When I lived in France, there was one called Cherry Coffee coke.
My god, was that horrible.
Cherry vanilla is actually quite good though.
Cherry Coke from glass is best Coke.
I forgot about the glorious Starcraft.
Makol. Forgive me!
Wait no I remember why I left it out. Win7 has texture corruption errors on some drivers and since he just mentioned ubuntu dual boot, I'd run starcraft under ubuntu.
OH and Diablo 1 and 2
The Speccy readout he gave us says it's XP. And XP runs it fine.
Also if you have UT2k4 the singleplayer bots are acceptable at the game.

they have a damn potty mouth though

*any coke in glass
I went to the Coke Center in Atlanta once, it was fantastic
Yay, thunderstorm! Shame about my houses electricity tripping every 5 minutes.
My neighborhood is always the one with power outages
If a cloud even sneezes, I guarantee that the lights will at least flicker
I'm glad I bought that surge protector, our circuit breaker still takes fuse wire, the house was built in the bloody 1940's.
Well we're the first owners of this house, was built in 2000.
My friend who lives not even a minute drive away from me always says his house is fine whenever I have an outage, so it's really weird.

That's really odd, the only excuse for my area is that most of the power cables are above ground, on account of us being in the middle of nowhere.
maybe you have shitty wiring
The whole neighborhood and the apartments across the street go out too so if the wiring is shitty then the electrical company has a lot to answer for
Well that was a lovely little panic.
After waking up my computer, I was greeted with a frozen screen. Power-cycled it, and it just would not turn back on. Everything would spin up, *especially* the GPU fan, but it wouldn't spin back down.
Tried power-cycling it several more times, tried letting it sit for a bit, all the usual stuff.
After checking Google on my phone, I gave it one last try. It sat there forever, fans just squealing away, before finally hitting the EFI chime. Normally it takes like one second - it must've taken like ten this time.
Most likely culprit would be the video card, right? That fan was the one that was really spinning, and it's been having issues for a while now, randomly deciding to not turn on after waking the computer.
Everything seems to be working fine, now, but I now suspect my GPU is likely to fail soon. Which I can deal with - I really ought to have upgraded it already. But I was definitely panicking a little bit there.

Reflash the bios on the GPU with something custom, written in COBOL. Will fix it, 100% Guaranteed.
