http://www.engadget.com/2012/06/18/intel-christens-its-MIC-products-xeon-phi/ Cool.
I would do many thing to acquire such an exquisite item.
Maybe he forgot exa was a thing? [editline]18th June 2012[/editline] Alternatively, because the average person has an easier time figuring out how much millions of terabytes are as opposed to several exabytes.
I just figured out, my PSU has 350 watts. Help me.
That made me check how much mine is. 980 Watts, apparently. ... Well that explains some things.
How did you go about getting the job? I'm also in South Florida and everything seems to be North or South of me in West Broward.
My dad usually looks up job postings online just to look around. He sent it to me. I applied online. I got a call about 3 weeks later for an interview in a week. I arrived, chatted for 2-3 hours. Took a tour. Came back about 2 weeks later for a secondary interview for showing my knowledge. Got a call 2 weeks later to accept the position. Started the following week. The job happens to be at the same employer as my dad. We're about 200feet apart in other buildings. I see him every day as I'm working on the systems around him. It's pretty neat.
My PSU is a 550W brazillian IED, and it's so flawed that it failed at blowing up even with 4 years of nearly constant usage. I'm a lucky son of a bitch.
My friend is running a 960T with a slight OC and a 7750 on a 450W IED. Sometimes, IED-s aren't that bad but it might be that he has pretty low power consumption anyways. 7750 only needs PCI-e power, 960T isn't a hog too.
