Anyone know a music streaming service like MuMu player that doesn't suck? Meaning, it syncs the music between all users.
Something like a program running on a computer rather than a website?

Why are you using a 2600k and GTX 570? Both of which have been replaced by newer models, the 2600k is replaced by the 3770k and is like $10 more expensive.

They didn't exist when I built it

Oh, I see. I thought you were talking about building a PC.
I see no reason for having that PSU. 650W would be enough.
I see no reason for having that PSU. 650W would be enough.
It was on offer and had the right colour (my old build log is in PC building and was themed around black and blue). Besides it's a decent PSU. I was going to continue to upgrade it meaning I didn't have to think about the PSU but now I'm selling this one and building a Mini-ITX rig as I need the room.
you can probably get your £1000 back and more if you sell it on eBay as an ultra kewl gaming PC x420x, if your colour scheme is good then it'll appeal to more people
Is it healthy for an external hard drive to make scraping sounds when you plug it in?

It's fucked, back up everything

So I was dicking about in steam screenshot manager and apparently with a little fiddling it's possible to just upload straight images

AMD launched the HD 7000 series back in December 2011 and it seems they are already planning the launch of the successor, the HD 8000 series, for Winter 2012. The “Southern Islands” codename GPUs of the HD 7000 series are succeeded by the “Sea Islands” HD 8000 GPUs. The new flagship GPU is expected to have 5.1 billion transistors on the 28nm TSMC manufacturing process, which is an 18% improvement over the current 4.3 billion. Yet AMD are expecting to gain a healthy 40% performance boost with just 18% more transistors, impressive stuff if true.
The raw specs of the HD 8000 architecture is rumoured to be 2560 stream processors, 160 texture units (TMUs), 32 or 48 ROP units (ROPs) and the same 384-bit memory bus. AMD’s new flagship is likely to continue with the GHz frequencies. The new GPUs will represent the maturity of the 28nm process, the rumoured Tahiti XT2 which we thought would turn up in the HD 7970 GHz edition may possibly turn up in AMD’s new HD 8000 series.

god damn it im starting to feel bad for buying a 7970.
Winter 2012? Do they mean Q4 2012 or they had a typo and mean Q1 2013?
Fact is; currently anything above the 7770 people should be buying Nvidia cards, and the 670 is really the best card out at the moment in terms of performance - price.
AMD has neither the best performing card, or the best performance - price card, which explains why they want to release new cards early.
Got a visit from my ISP.
The cable coming to my house is fucked. So when it is shaked a bit (wind, rain, storms etc. ) it loses connection.
I wasn't at home at that moment, but they had to boot my PC for some reason I guess. I usually hibernate, they had it shut down :c
That means I had to wait for updates. fuck that.
ok so my 2500k with stock intel cooler used to stay cool at 3.7ghz but when i was tinkering with one fan all of a sudden my cpu hits 90c and then undervolts to 3.0ghz while doing prime 95.
wtf i put everything back as it was and all my fans are running at the same RPMs
what would make my pc go from 65c on full load to 90c on full load? ambient temperature hasen't changed

You may have fucked up when you installed it, like screwed up the thermal paste. Best to just check it.

Subsonic might be able to do this.

What about the 7850? It's pretty good value.

I just put up an ad on craigslist to sell my iPT4 32GB for around $135 but should I adjust the price? Everyone seemed to set their price at around $140 and none of them had pictures so I dunno

Almost wish I had waited for this rather than buying an 8GB new, if you would be willing to do USPS domestic shipping, little late now though.

Why would you need a Spotify for dummies. Type in the name of an artists in the little white field and klick a song that you like. How hard can that be
