You take a magnet and swipe it across the source harddrive and then do the same on the destination one :downs:
Magnets are amazing like that.
My GTX 670 hits 83C in WoW but hits 71C in BF3 and 75C in Metro. Sorry if I sound stupid, but what is going on there?
Unoptimized games?
On the topic of games and performance, how demanding would you say Diablo III is?
On the topic of games and performance, how demanding would you say Diablo III is?
The only thing demanding about it is the physics. It's incredibly optimized, most things are server side.
Alright, so I have nothing to say about it then, or I'll just sound dumb...
Wow is shit?
technically jesus
technically jesus
WoW is technically jesus?
WoW is technically jesus?
That certainly explains why there are large amount of people obsessed with the game.
Well, this is going to be fun. I'll be spending the day fixing websites for IE6 and 7 [editline]5th July 2012[/editline] TABLES, TABLES EVERYWHERE
I've never heard anyone refer to "DIMM" as a specific type. It's always the general physical format, or sometimes an instance of that format (ie. "put a DIMM of RAM in each slot"). I can't even figure out which standard you'd be referring to. SDRAM, maybe?
Oh, that's odd, everyone refers to SDRAM as DIMM here, even stores. Sorry for the confusion, I guess :v:
If WoW is technically jesus what does that make Half-Life 2?
Thor. Face it, he would come down and kick Jesus' pansy ass.
If WoW is technically jesus what does that make Half-Life 2?
Literally God. But Gabe is literally worse than Hitler for not giving us more.

Now I know.

Anyone else play PC games on their TV? I started a thread for HTPC gaming setups, hoping that it won't just instantly die...
Fucking hell, got a new pair of modules and I still get the exact same errors on boot. They're supposed to be compatible, wtf is the issue
Since I returned my tablet and waiting on Nexus, I was thinking of buying myself a TV for a birthday present. Like a 50" 120hz thin panel one. Any recommendations. Under $2k probably :p
Because Ubuntu. Try a real distro.
I tried several distros, but I kept getting issues with the wireless and the wired ethernet. As well as authentication issues.
I tried several distros, but I kept getting issues with the wireless and the wired ethernet. As well as authentication issues.
Then you're probably doing it wrong.
I tried several distros, but I kept getting issues with the wireless and the wired ethernet. As well as authentication issues.
1. ArchWiki open on your desktop 2. Arch installer on USB drive 3. Install Arch 4. Update packages, install LXDE/XFCE 5. Your system is usable and faster (For the record, the original Linux EEE PC runs Xandros with LXDE as the desktop environment)
