I love this guy.
After playing the first 2 levels of this, I can thoroughly conclude this is the best game ever.
Everything with a year in the end of it's name is BOUND to be good!

While it's cool that they can make such a powerful card so small, I wouldn't really want to put it in a gaming rig. It just wouldn't feel right with the size. If performance and price are good, I shouldn't complain, but still.
It just wouldn't feel right with the size..
I think Asus will fix that with its DirectCU series.
I think Asus will fix that with its DirectCU series.
The thought of a 3 slot cooler, on a card that length, without the cooler being longer than the card, would be incredibly comical.
Looks like I'm getting 4 HP 27" monitors, lucky me!
I know the a single Nvidia GPU (in my case a 570) can handle two, would 570 SLI be able to take 4?
Do I win the storage award of the day?

Yes they will, but DAT POWER CONSUMPTION. 2560x1440? or 1080P
I dont see a point for SLI in games, so I have my 2nd gpu disconnected most of the time ( my room is at least 1-2C lower because of that ) but when I need my 3rd monitor for work, I have to reconnect it :(
Forgot to mention, if you have any monitors active on the 2nd gpu, you won't be able to take advantage of SLI

1080p.
Perhaps I'll just keep two and sell the other two.

I can't help but think of something like an NH-D14 on the side of a tiny graphics card :v:

wtf my dick is only slightly smaller than that.

What? Are you saying that in surround you only have the performance of a single card?

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
Well, I've been out and bought a new SD reader, time to get this pi running!
If you guys want I'll leave a VNC server running on it if any of you want to play with it.
Interesting

Beats 7970 on average, assuming it's legit.
Anyone know some hard drive checking tools I can use?
I think my first drive is failing, making this screeching sort of noise every few times I start my PC up and go to my desktop.

Seagate Seatools
Great thing about today is that I am alone on the first floor.
Bad thing is that my connetion keeps going down more than a whore on fridays.

Also wtf, I slid my phone on desk, near keyboard to my monitor (30CM max) and it restarted.
Oh boy this thing is slow, I mean just with LXDE and a few terminal / file browser windows open its usable, but got damn midori lags.
Its faster to install links and use it in a terminal. Still, that's not what the pi is for, it will make a great low power web server for me to dick around with.

I wonder how it handles BRT.png

Aren't there no proper X drivers with hardware acceleration? That might be part of the issue
and now to find someone willing to pay $500 for this thing/ sell it for a lower price and earn the rest of the money so I can get rid of it and build my very own rig
Just sugar coat the shit out of it and be super vague about the actual parts.
Don't lie, but don't tell the whole truth about it.
SUPER FAST 3GHZ DUAL CORE CPU (If you can overclock it safely do it, most people only look at clock speed)
3GB DUAL CHANNEL DDR2 RAM! (use tech jargon to make it sound better than it is)
FAST 1GB NVIDIA DirectX 10 Graphics Card! (Just mention brand name, VRAM, and other BS like that, HDMI is a plus if it has it)
The only thing i would change if i were you is put a little more than 156GB of storage in it since most computers for the past couple years come with at least 250.
This works best when selling on craigslist, because most of the people are retarded. if you can include a bunch of peripherals (mouse/kb/speakers/LCD etc.) that helps quite a bit.

My E5200 has an underclocking problem. Does your E5700 do that too?
Mine should be running at 3GHz but is at 1.5Ghz. Stock is 2.5Ghz

Haven't tried yet, next thing on my list!
I have to run it like this for the time being.
My Amiga has been evicted for now.

Has everyone missed the 670 review I posted, or am I being stupid and forgetting something?

I don't think anybody should complain at all. The way I see it, the more power we can get in a smaller package is always a good thing. If you're worried that it doesn't look big enough, well, go out and buy a Desert Eagle or something because you're overcompensating.

An actual review > a preview

I'm well aware of that it's a completely rediculous to cal it a bad thing, but couldn't they have put a bit more power into it, and a bit more size? It's simply a dwarf. I don't want to play games on a dwarf. It's not manly enough. Unless it has a beard, which this card does not.
I want to emphasize on that I would buy the fuck out of it, if it's really a great card.

I couldn't see any of the benchmarks, and I couldn't really be bothered fixing it, instead of just waiting for some actual reviews.
hmm, I should set up a VM, never know when you might want to use it.
let's see, Windows 7 iso is here. Fuck it won't install for some gay-ass reason.
Meh fuck it, I have a 32bit win Vista DVD.
And then my DVD drive went WUB WUB WUB WUB
