Yes. In fact, this OS is.
Apache took 2 fucking minutes to load a page with 6 paragraphs of text, 3 non-animated GIFs and 2 links.
Oh, and it's on a local gbit network.

If you can't get it now, die.
I don't think you technically have to, but it's definitely easier to walk in, press a button on my phone/a tablet in the store and have a message pop up when the guy is ready for me. It's one-on-one and really helpful.
Now to add to the experience. I was in the interview process for Apple. They say that the Geniuses aren't there only to help fix your computers - they're there to help repair your relationship with the company as well. So when you get people like me that will straight up say "If you don't fix this I'll just switch to Android, it's no big deal." they will do their best to make sure the customer walks away 100% satisfied. They take each issue you have personally and work with you for however long you need to get the issue resolved.
This is their words, not mine. :v:
How was the application process for the Apple store?
I don't personally use any apple gear, but I do computer and phone repairs at my local college and have helped quite a few people transition to osx from windows. I'm thinking of setting up a Lion VM and practicing on it as well as practicing with ios on an old 3gs I repaired.
I'd personally prefer an internship in IT like Brt, but I probably need a better background in coding compared to hardware repair.
