A lot of people must install a lot of shit. I don't get how you could have so much?!
A lot of people must install a lot of shit. I don't get how you could have so much?!
It adds up quickly. On my system there are 3 processes for my antivirus, 5 for LogMeIn, 4 for my sound card, etc. I've got plenty of RAM so I just leave them running for when I need them.
Google Chrome looks like a bit of a process whore.
First two are youtube videos I believe. I suppose all my extensions don't help either.
45 win 7
45 win 7
That is a very original thought.
First two are youtube videos I believe. I suppose all my extensions don't help either.
I thought Chrome ran so many processes because of the extensions, and because each window has its own process. Since a window will crash the browser will stay up fine, and the processes them self aren't that much.
47 on Windows 7 64bit.
76 processes on Windows Vista
