Well what if the computer has a mix of low, high end?
If there's any low end hardware then it's all low end because it's connected remember?
it has to play all games at at least 180 fps at 7680x1600, cannot dip below that at any time.

I just gutted the laser assembly out of a black CD-Rom drive from goodwill. Works perfectly as a stash container for hiding money and as a cup-holder.
You know you have a bitchin' PC when you sport one of those almighty, old school intel GMA integrated graphics and you giggle to yourself every time you turn on your PC because you know it can't get better and faster than that. Everyone in the world is jealous of intel's integrated graphics technology, AMD know this better than anyone else and have admitted it officially several times over the years[no citation needed].
No citation needed because everyone (well, everyone except my grandma who plays in the Counter-Strike 1.6 CAL matches and wins every time without effort with a pair of 6990 Radeons (pretty slow cards I know, they can barely play the game at 10fps, but she always wins because she has lightning-fast reflexes and them cards can't stop her)) knows that even the 2003 intel graphics leave NVIDIA's and AMD's current flagship cards (now the 590gtx and 6990 Radeon) in the dust.
But who knows, maybe one day these graphic card underdogs will outsmart intel but don't get your hopes up.
