What this section is for:
-Getting help choosing parts for a computer
-Getting help building a computer
-Getting help with prebuilts
-Getting help with laptops
but srsly, OP, look around this forum, look after page and after page.
it may seem boring, but your dealing with over 800 bucks.

You can trade the 5850 for other graphics cards too if you want to spend more/less.
Ask me if you want to.
Build that yourself or use this prebuilt:
Do this build - it's $1000 and has an i5 and a 5850.

This.
Please try to not buy a pre-built. Only if you really have to
I've got an 4670 and an Intel Core i5. Runs Crysis on high with 25-40 FPS. (I built it myself, and simply re-used the 4670.) I'm getting a new GPU next month, though.

*cough*
My build I posted is better than his.
If you do decide you want prebuilt, let me go back and rebuild one and look through all their offers. I just made that as a quickie.
It seems getting lazy was your biggest mistake.
OP, the bottom line is that the build you're looking at will play Crysis on high settings, but you could get so much more for that kind of money if you just built one yourself.
i didnt realise my postcount was that high i thought i was still at 1400

While everyone finds you some parts I suggest you look around the internet for some video guides on building a PC. Watch a few of those and you'll be just fine.
I'm 14 and I built my first PC a few weeks ago, really simple, I saved a lot of money over a prebuilt and I can play pretty much any game on highest settings.

Thanks seems simple enough now I just wish I knew parts. If I were to go with ATI HD what number would I need to make it great I assume a 5770 would do the trick?
Maybe a option?

I dont think I need 6 gigs of RAM or that case, but everything else seems lovely for me as well.

Replace it with that. Edited.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227362
Replaced the RAM with that. 4 GB should be enough for general gaming. I need to fix the RAM in the list because it's a Triple channel kit.
What about a case I put the first DDR3 4 gigs of ram it got good ratings for like 80 dollars, whats a case that holds it all? And is that all the stuff im gonna need to actually have the computer up and running?
Ignore everything else I posted up there. Get this

Post up the RAM you want to get.
Go with the i5 and 5850 build I posted earlier.
I have a 4670.
I nearly hung myself when I became more graphics-savvy.

I used to have a 8300 GS. The games I used to like to play on the crap looks like crap compared to the games I play on my 260 now. (I got my 260 before the 5000 series came out.)
