To buy an application you will need a google account. Once you are signed in, you enter your card details and when you have purchased the app, it is saved to your google account so you will never have to buy it again
You can also get a refund if the app is shitty.
oh excellent. Thanks for the help.

Google as in a gmail one or something?
Sorry if this has been asked but which of the Android phones is the best to buy right now. Which is supported by most apps. Which works the best. And all that jazz.
Sorry if this has been asked but which of the Android phones is the best to buy right now. Which is supported by most apps. Which works the best. And all that jazz.
As of now, i'd say Nexus One
Sorry if this has been asked but which of the Android phones is the best to buy right now. Which is supported by most apps. Which works the best. And all that jazz.
I'd say either the EVO or Incredible, and the soon to be Droid X
As of now, i'd say Nexus One
isn't the touch screen on the nexus one terrible? -nope, wrong one
Sorry if this has been asked but which of the Android phones is the best to buy right now. Which is supported by most apps. Which works the best. And all that jazz.
The EVO, easily.
How is the Droid? I'm planning on getting one within the next couple of weeks?
How is the Droid? I'm planning on getting one within the next couple of weeks?
actually this is the one with the terrible touch screen, not the Nexus One [editline]10:05PM[/editline] http://labs.moto.com/robot_touchscreen_analysis/

My Eris has a better touch screen then the one on a Moto Droid. That's interesting, considering the Eris is a much lower end phone.
Huh. My Eris has a better touch screen then the one on a Moto Droid. My Droid has absolutely no touch screen issues, so I really don't get what they're talking about in that test. The Nexus One is supposed to have terrible screen issues though not the actual input but with the display and stuff.
Can you put music from iTunes onto the Droid or any other Android phone for that matter?

[editline]10:20PM[/editline]
Can you put music from iTunes onto the Droid or any other Android phone for that matter?
Err, yeah, because "music from iTunes" is just stored somewhere else on your hard-drive. can you sync an Android device with iTunes? no

Like the other guy said, it might have been a defective/not as well made Moto Droid that messed with the results.
I also own a droid and have never had an issue with the touch screen. As far as music goes, you can put iTunes music on your android device (as stated above) or use an app to stream it to your device.
those of you with moto droids, test this out yourself
what the fuck is your avatar
those of you with moto droids, test this out yourself
I tried this out on my droid and it seemed like a per drawing app issue, some drawing apps seemed laggy as fuck and if making long quick strokes would drop 3/4 of the way through for a short bit while others seemed far more responsive and had no issue keeping up with any gestures I was making also: does anyone know of a power control widget that is skinnable or not as ugly as the default?
Can someone recommended me a decent clock to use with launcher pro?
I feel ashamed. I must figure out what apps you guys use, seriously.
those of you with moto droids, test this out yourself
Used Draw(er), tried to replicate the "by hand" test... sort of. I was lifting my finger at the end of each line, if anyone can think of a better way to test it I would be willing to try it. Also, sorry if this is getting a little off topic..
this makes me wish I didn't have a phone with Windows 6.5 :saddowns:
What's wrong with Windows Mobile 6.5? You can change up home screens and more with new roms.

Plus it's easily the best looking app on the market.
