Samsung Captivate rooted.
Isn't a captivate a samsung galaxy s, but with less things than a normal galaxy s?
The insides of the Captivate are the same on every Galaxy S. The Epic 4g which has yet to be released has more than the default Galaxy S.

Do you mean that the Captivate has support for 4G? That's pretty weird that they release that version in the us when there only are 4G available in Sweden and Norway
No, I said the Epic 4g which has yet to be released has more than the default Galaxy S.

Freshly rooted HTC Aria. AT&T sucks, I had to pull out my SIM card in order to see Wireless Tether on Market, and even then, something's wrong with the part of the kernel dealing with the wifi card, I think someone's working on that over at XDA. Still a stock 2.1 ROM. (thumbed for largeness) [img_thumb]http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/515/combined892010.png[/img_thumb]

Just got a Droid 2 yesterday. I need to activate it still, but I've been messing around in the SDK a little bit until I get a chance to. Really bland, but hopefully I'll be back soon with it looking stylized. Also, I know I don't need the task manager on Froyo, I was just testing an app out.
Woo Samsung Intercept! Upsides: -$250 No Contract -Virgin Mobile $25/mo unlimited data, text, 300 min. Downsides: -A little slow -Low resolution All in all great for my first real phone :D
oh my god that's beautiful [editline]13th December 2010[/editline] you will tell me exactly everything that comprises that homescreen, that way i may emulate
The calendar and facebook widgets are from a modded Launcher Pro Plus (paid) Variations are found here, I'm using the normal XTG one, though green is viable if you don't want to mess with themes. The weather widget is from Beautiful Widgets (paid) with the FlatWhite icon pack The clock is dClock modded with a non bold font and transparent background, found here. You can find a bold version on the market. Controls widget is SwitchPro. (paid) The blue WP7 tiles are from the pack of icons found here, as well are the dock icons. The tiles were placed using Desktop Visualizer. The gingerbread theme will differ from phone to phone and rom to rom, but on my Droid 2 I use this theme and this rom. Oh yeah and the background is just black. [editline]13th December 2010[/editline]
Name of the weather widget? Epic 4G with official leaked Froyo. You people without the status bar are insane. Also, if anyone else has the Epic, you can use the app ShootMe (which requires root) without rooting your phone. I don't know how, but it's possible. Also, Samsung's preinstalled Android mods are quite useful. Such as their own task manager/package manager (with a shortcut in the recent programs menu), file manager, and notifications menu switch bar.
[img_thumb]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/f8c400snap20100611174504.png[/img_thumb] HTC Evo To the people with any kind of task killer installed, you don't need one. Android is built around putting your applications to sleep in the background for a reason, it will kill things automatically if you need the memory.
App killer is to save battery life.
