2. new CPU (currently have a E6400 2.13 GHz)
3. 4 GB DRR2 RAM
4. new gpu, probably going to get an ATI card since they aren't that expensive and I have no idea what the fuck is going on with Nvidia... (currently have an ATI x1300 256mb GDDR2)
5. new keyboard (currently have my friend's old Dell keyboard)
Gigabit LAN network.
I just did a huge upgrade to my system so I'm not wishing for parts right now
4. A second 9800GTX+, my XFX9800GTX died and has no warranty, I should still call for a replacement I guess. I'm using a PNY9800GTX+ I bought recently, and ArmA2 runs better then it did with my XFX SLI'd with the 9800GTX+, which is weird, really weird.
The gtx dual or tri SLI?
I can't remember.
1: 9800gtx (x2)
2: 1tb hhd
3: 2gb x2 ram
4: 600watt power supply
Ram and hard drive I can get right now, hell I can get the power supply as well. But the 9800 will take a bit of time, mostly if I do want to get 2.
I want a computer that can play games without having to lag after 15 minutes. :sigh:
Only reason I can see that happening is hardware overheating.
1) A workstation setup, with dual Nehalem CPUs & 24GB of ECC DDR3
2) A G300 graphics card
3) A 30" Dell monitor
4) A larger SSD array
For me its
1. long aux cable
2. new computer ( will cost about £650 (its a prebuilt))
3. Surge protector
4. Games for new computer
a dumb rating
:downs:
Two new 1920x1200 displays, preferably LG/Samsung
1920x1080 projector to replace my dinosaur XGA one
More gigabit network cards
Cheap car (though this is PCHS, so totally irrelevant)
1. Sapphire to send my 5870 back.
2. Another 21.5" monitor
3. Another 1TB harddrive.
