Off topic to OP, BUT.....Is it just me or all the good mice right handed only? That overclockers website isn't loading for me, but on Newegg all the good mice are right handed only. Lefties can't enjoy a good mouse? Doesn't matter much to me, but just think of all the left handed mice users out there that can't use the very best mice.
I use my left hand for the mouse even though I'm right handed. I have a G5, it's made for the right hand but it works fine with the left one. I actually think it's easier to press the side buttons on it with my left hand.
Razer's are plastic shit. Microsoft mice are nice, but overpriced and overdesigned. The G5 is the best wired gaming mouse out yet. Cry some moar.

still this G5 is great
so you're closer to razer twats then
so you're closer to razer twats then
Name-calling isn't clever. Try acting more mature. Just because I like spending money on practical reliable things ultimately in disagreement with you doesn't mean I'm a "twat."
Razer's are plastic shit.
Eh? Mine seems to be fine, it's made out of plastic though I like the slightly-rubberized feel of it. It's also a good weight and the Teflon feet glide well on my mousepad. I didn't need another keyboard attached to my mouse, so the two well-placed extra buttons on the side were more than enough. Hell, I panic in some games and forget weapons are in my slots... Forgetting which button is the quick switch on my mouse could get messy. I haven't tried the G5, though has anyone used one as their main mouse for a while before/after using a Deathadder for a while?
I use the Kone, it's beautifully comfy but the drivers don't function well with windows 7. I still can't get the colours to change.
lol -snip-
this is a problem with you, not the mouse wipe your damn hands once in a while
No, that's a horrible idea.

The G5 feels much more solid and polished, and it has adjustable weights too so you can have it as heavy as you like.
I personally like the MX1100 (With rechargeable AA batteries) the best. It's just generally comfortable.
G9, I went to a LAN center recently and everyone computer had this baby. It's freakin awesome. The 3 buttons to change your sensitivity helps SO MUCH.
G5 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-069-LG Kone http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-003-RC G9 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-113-LG take your pick
This is a pretty hard decision, they all look and sound good from the reviews from Facepunch and Newegg

They're almost perfect in weight unless they're wireless. Anyway, any razer or logitech will do you good. The Kone has reported mouse wheel problems, breaks easily I guess. And microsoft is just expensive, but is designed by razer so they're a good buy too.

Ugh, I really can't stand the G9, the plastic overlay thingy makes a horrible contour change in the palm area, and it's just generally uncomfortable. Atleast you get a choice of "easily removed rubberized plastic" or "feels like a chalkboard plastic". Oh and wireless mice = hate, you're 100% garuanteed that when the batteries run out, it's when you're doing something important.
