I'm fairly certain Windows CE has an EFI bootloader so once I get my hands on this thing I'm going to attempt an install of CE for laughs. Then if I can get my hands on the 32Bit Windows 7 EFI bootloader I just may be able to get windows 7 on this thing. Digging further through google, the other brickwall is the fact that windows expects BIOS routines, and I am unsure wether the EFI in the joggler has BIOS emulation. Bloody EFI. Can't promise anything myself, but it isn't a too far reaching of a prospect. Would be killer to get windows on this thing.
There is no hybrid BIOS available on this hardware. There is however, a 32-bit EFI bootloader for Windows Vista, most likely Windows 7 compatible as well. However, it expects a DVD drive, and this isn't detected properly by the EFI implementation on the Joggler. You can get a copy of the bootloader here, though: http://helium.hexxeh.net/joggler/windowsboot32.zip
Thanks for sharing! Now all I need is a joggler. - Hoping it comes tomorrow.
Got mine up and running. Going to attempt to chainload grub2 from the efi shell.
I just realized that's the OpenPeak OpenFrame thing. I still have the beta unit's phone with me. :v: Oh, the O2 Joggler doesn't have a phone with it? I remember the unit came with Flash games, does the Joggler support Flash?
o2 just sent an email saying it should be here tomorrow :D
When did you order? I haven't registered an email with them, also, i cant remember the username they gave me ^^
This thing gets pretty hot, pretty fast.
When did you order? I haven't registered an email with them, also, i cant remember the username they gave me ^^
7th of april.
Mine is still saying "In Progress", I am getting impatient... I am having thoughts on how to boot windows on this - I am thinking some sort of BIOS emulation EFI extension - such as how people boot XP on Macs nativly. XOM/BAMBIOS. I'm sure I'll get it running one way or another. I've amassed a collection of tools.
Ok got my Joggler, does anyone who how to partition a USB flash drive on windows 7?
For anyone not got theirs yet, they are oos until the 17th, after then they will be shipped.
You are kidding me... Thanks o2 for not even dropping an email about it :/
I tried using gparted and everything seemed fine on ubuntu but when I went back onto windows it wants to format it. Can anyone help?

If it is, you are a legend of infinitely increased proportions.
FWIW, they're sold out on the o2 online store now apparently, site hasn't been updated yet. Getting around 175fps on glxgears now, btw.
That's still terrible
20163 frames in 5.0 seconds = 4032.507 FPS
So do you need to go to a shop to get one £50, as the website is showing it as £100 right now. In need of an alarm clock and this seems like the kind of 'alarm clock' I'd enjoy.

You've got until the end of may. Mow lawns, sweep drives and wash cars like the fist of the north star and you'll make it.

I know that most people like to stick to linux, but since I need that Joggler for turn-by-turn navigation it will be great if you can make it work on Windows. Cheers
