I can ping the site fine, everyone else can connect to it, but I can't.
I've tried using both my ISP's DNS and google's DNS and it doesn't change it, but I can connect to it through Tor.
Tried clearing my cache, restarting my modem, and restarting my computer.
What do, facpuch?
Have you tried resetting the router to factory settings, then setting the DNS again? Could be it's not actually changing the DNS or something. Try setting the DNS at the router then having your PC use automatic settings.
Update:
Doesn't work on my tablet either, so it's got something to do with the router/modem combo.
In Firefox it says connection has timed out.

Tried that. Still nothing.
Have you checked your settings to be sure you're not tunneling through a proxy?
100% sure.
Now it's working, though. Site was still up, everyone else could connect, just not me.
Fixed now, though. Still an open problem in case it happens again.
I'm dealing with this issue too. I'm unable to reach Facepunch, while other sites work fine. My router uses the automatic DNS settings of my ISP, never changed them. When I try to ping to the site, it doesn't work. I don't know how to solve this.
Let's bump this shit into the ground.
THE PROBLEM ARISES AGAIN
