Nope, but I could easily buy one used for $10 USD. But why would that even matter? I've optimized my router's settings with dd-wrt v24-sp1 running in my linksys WRT54G v2.0, with a 150MHz overclock to 350MHz and custom heatsink.
I didn't know you could overclock a router.

I have used a surfboard and there are only so so I just got a linksys modem and it is legit.
