long shot but does anyone have a Socket P motherboard in a desktop form factor they'd be willing to trade for an AM2+ board? I've seen a few of them around but they're all like $200 these days since the socket was discontinued so long ago
Bam

I've got a Sapphire 4850 X2 2GB i'm not using. I also have some older stuff: AMD Athlon 64 Dual core 3800+ ASUS A8N5X 2GB Corsair 400MHZ XMS XFX nVidia 7800 GT
I have a ATI XFX Radeon HD 5670 1gb, make an offer on what you would buy one for. It's about a year old, but works fine.
No, I'm selling the new one. Looking for £35, how long is a while?
Depends on Christmas money. End of May (birthday) is more likely.
Does any one have an old agp card that has collected dust. I gave my brother my old dell dimension 4800 and Im trying to upgrade it so we can. Play some lan games.
yep, one of the best AGP ones available. 46-something ATI. $15 sound good? The money will go towards a videocard for kilowatte
If you can tell me the full name I'll be glad to pay you
If you can tell me the full name I'll be glad to pay you
4650 or 4670 Full name would be ATI Radeon HD 46x0
I think it's a 4650, I don't think they made an AGP 4670, but I might be wrong.
I think it's a 4650, I don't think they made an AGP 4670, but I might be wrong.
Powercolor and HIS made AGP 4670 cards.
how do you ant to be paid? In hugs or money?
It's a 1GB 4650, if you're poor and can't afford it I'll just give you it for shipping / for free at my expense, but like I said the money would be going towards a gift for a FPer. $15 is an amazing price and it is one of the best AGP cards available, I can't imagine a 4670 being that much better due to AGP bandwidth limitations. [editline]24th December 2011[/editline] also have some RAM laying around if you need any, tell me what type and I'll throw it in the package as well, they might not work though.

But I'm wondering if the dell dimension from 2001 will be able to power it... I'm almost positive it wont due to the cards back then being weak as balls with 64 mb vram Let me look up the specs and see what it requires, and I'll tell you tommorow also if your buying a gift for your friend I have a ~2006 Nvidia Geforce something, if your interested. I bought it before I knew computers back then and I didn't know about PCI vs AGP

AGP 8x is 133 MB/s faster than a PCIe 1.0 x8 lane (2133 MB/s vs 2000 MB/s.) Many cards still can't saturate a PCIe 1.0 x8 lane to the point of a noticeable performance loss. AGP 8x isn't going to bottleneck a HD4670, it'd probably handle a HD4850/70 well and some 5000 series cards like a 5770 fine, if a manufacturer were to make a card for AGP.
I have $1.98 in newegg giftcard credit left (across 2 'cards'), it's not enough to buy anything +shipping, anyone want it? (as in the codes for the 'cards') I ordered a Hyper 212+, arctic cooling MX-4 and an 8GB class 6 microSD for my phone so i don't really need it.

Anyone have a pii x4 or x6?
Anyone have a pii x4 or x6?
I have a 955 laying around here somewhere
I have a 955 laying around here somewhere
I was hoping for a x6, but that may work. My pii 925's memory controller doesn't work and it's driving me nuts. How much?

Anything better than a 8800GT would be amazing, if anyone here would happen to have an old one lying around?
Anybody got a phenom II sitting around that would be an upgrade from my phenom I x4 9950? It would have to be for cash unless you want a thermaltake typhoon cpu cooler or a dell usb keyboard, as thats about all the extra stuff I have.
