It's a 1GB 4650, if you're poor and can't afford it I'll just give you it for shipping / for free at my expense, but like I said the money would be going towards a gift for a FPer. $15 is an amazing price and it is one of the best AGP cards available, I can't imagine a 4670 being that much better due to AGP bandwidth limitations.

No worries I'll pay for it, thank you for the price. But I'm wondering if the dell dimension from 2001 will be able to power it... I'm almost positive it wont due to the cards back then being weak as balls with 64 mb vram

Just because AGP is an older bus, doesn't make it slow. AGP 8x is 133 MB/s faster than a PCIe 1.0 x8 lane (2133 MB/s vs 2000 MB/s.) Many cards still can't saturate a PCIe 1.0 x8 lane to the point of a noticeable performance loss.
AGP 8x isn't going to bottleneck a HD4670, it'd probably handle a HD4850/70 well and some 5000 series cards like a 5770 fine, if a manufacturer were to make a card for AGP.
