Why would you need a mousepad? I use my table and it's all good.
I used to use my desk but my mouse got dirty every 5 seconds, then I bought razer goliathus which is pretty good
Currently using a Roccat Taito, cheap and feels great.
does anyone really even need a mousepad anymore?
I've gotten used to the surface of ball mouse pads, and a bare surface feels much different, so yeah.
Razer Sphex - cheap and awesome.
Why would you need a mousepad? I use my table and it's all good.
Not everyone has a perfect desk. My mouse drags a lot if I put it on the surface, though if I put it on a mousepad, it's more smooth and consistent.
does anyone really even need a mousepad anymore?
I have one to keep my counter from getting torn up, my previous desk got eaten up by the mouse somehow.
I use an X-Trac Ripper. It's fucking huge and really works well with optical mice
Qpad Large. They're on offer on Play.com for £7.99 right now (down from £25). Go eat em up.
I have the razer megasomna, it's overpriced but I got it for my razer mamba. Go with steelseries http://www.steelseries.com/us/products/surfaces
This. Get the Qck+ the thing is massive.
I use an X-Trac Ripper. It's fucking huge and really works well with optical mice
+1, I love mine. They sent me it to review (Ripper XXL)
I just use a lot of packaging tape for a mousepad, it's fairly comfortable and works pretty well.
I have a Roccat Taito. http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Mousepads/ROCCAT-Taito/ Best mouse mat I've ever had.
razer sphex is great for the price, it sticks to your desk so it cant move around and is so thin even if you move off it you dont notice http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.169419500/categoryId.35208900
Get a Steelseries
I used to use my desk but my mouse got dirty every 5 seconds, then I bought razer goliathus which is pretty good
clean your fucking desk holy shit
a cutting pad...
This is my current mousepad, it is very cutting edge. I could sell it to you for $30 if you want
I have one to keep my counter from getting torn up, my previous desk got eaten up by the mouse somehow.
same, I wore a nice pretty bare spot into my old desk under where my mouse went, I'd much rather wear a hole into a cheap $2 mousepad than a $150 desk [editline]12:21PM[/editline] For a while I used a piece of linoleum, that actually worked really well.
i have the big icemat mousepad. its awesome, but only if you have a good laser mouse. my grandpa had it, and i didnt even know he had it (or even knew about gaming mousepads). i went to his house and saw it, and commented on how its the one i wanted. he wrapped it up for christmas and gave it to me. :D
I have a Steelpad 4D i bought in 2005, it's awesome. it's getting a bit used up though. Buy a Steelpad S&S, nothing beats teflon on mousepads.
I have a Steelpad 4D i bought in 2005, it's awesome. it's getting a bit used up though. Buy a Steelpad S&S, nothing beats teflon on mousepads.
The S&S is really expensive for what it is, especially since it hasn't dropped in price since 2005...hard pads also chew through mouse feet/skates really fast. I used a hard pad for a while and I never realized how uncomfortable it was compared to cloth (qck series). The skates I used on a hard pad were more worn in 1 hour of use than the skates I have used on my qck+ for the past month. Looking back the qck+ is actually much smoother IMO. Just my opinion after switching to cloth pads :O
Why would you waste money on a mousepad? It is unnecessary with most mice anyway. The best mousepad to get is a free one, with what you want on it. Besides, the mousepads they make are high quality stuff, I got one over a year ago and it looks brand new. Also, lights? Why would you want lights distracting you from the screen if they don't tell you anything?
Awesome stuff right here, only $20.
