My experiences are so far the opposite. Chrome mobile handles FP like a dream for me (well I use the beta version) but IE mobile was clunky. Using ratings is also FAR better on chrome than ie.
Ratings were a shitshow on either
though, didn't you only have a Lumia 520?

Ratings are really easy on chrome, one tap and they show up and keep up until you click one. I had a 928.
I just use Evernote but if you're looking for something like MediaWiki then I have to wonder how complex these notes are
Ratings are really easy on chrome, one tap and they show up and keep up until you click one. I had a 928.
Worked just the same for me, one tap near them and they kept up until I tapped on one.
So what do you people use for taking notes? Looking for something like MediaWiki with optional use of WYSIWYG and categories and templates.
I just use straight Markdown, then slap it in a web hierararchy with a parser.
Worked just the same for me, one tap near them and they kept up until I tapped on one.
Hmm, never did for me. It would be a quick flash of the ratings, so I'd just have to guess and hope where I hit was the right rating.
Oh, there we go.
I was somewhat wrong, I just gotta tap and drag a tiny bit around the ratings and it stays there. :v:
Well that's nice to know. I plan on giving it another go when the second gen WP10 nokia phones come out, but I think I'm done for now. Every week I found something that just frustrated me for the 2.5 months I was using my 928.
My first week with my Lumia has been 95% joy. Remaining 5% is no decent Pebble app and shitty Google Play Music clients.

What for? I just have twitter pinned in chrome, you can do the same in Firefox. It even lights up when there are new tweets.

I'm sure someone has made one.
I don't want that built into the OS, that's called bloatware.

twitter told third parties that they couldn't make external applications for twitter anymore
os x doesn't have it built in -- twitter provides an official one that works flawlessly for os x

so you basically answered your own question
there are none because nobody is permitted to make one

I don't see why, it's better than ever, but whatever :v:
Which one of you got butthurt enough to log onto their throwaway on reddit lmao
Jesus Christ, if I came up with posts that shit, I'd make a throwaway too.
A subreddit would be useful, because without context I haven't a fucking clue what posts you're talking about.
I should use Evernote more but I'm lazy and usually keep most things in my head
A subreddit would be useful, because without context I haven't a fucking clue what posts you're talking about.
Someone got butthurt by a post of mine in /r/programming, so they logged onto a throwaway and tried to diss me like a 12-year old, and said they're a "fellow FP'er".

The bitch who handed this to me insisted "My daughter found it like this."
Yes, but WHAT WERE THE INTERMEDIATE STEPS THAT GOT IT THIS FUCKED UP?
so you basically answered your own question

what i meant was "why isn't twitter producing the same app for windows?"
So what do you people use for taking notes? Looking for something like MediaWiki with optional use of WYSIWYG and categories and templates.
I use OneNote because I have an SP3 and nothing seems to come close to the pen experience in OneNote. The Android app is decent enough too, and there is a web client that works.

Had a customer come in and buy an overpriced £50 universal laptop charger just for the C7/8 cable (or whatever the nickname is) inside.

I used to love these leads because I had so many of them from various things. Often called a kettle lead.
