My Ikea replacement is a whole lot of workshops that make furniture with actual, real wood and since there's so many of them in close proximity, it's cheap as hell for what you get Only regret is that they never go beyond simple boards, so I can't really get an arcade cabinet or something fun like that put together.
man, RSI (Star Citizen) are poopy with their support. 9 days with my ticket unanswered
shame them on twitter
there was an anti sweden campaign on facepunch before when swebonny was banned you missed it
i stay away from the cesspool that is gmf as far as possible
You know you finally got to the right level of tech support when they ask for packet captures.
It's 4.8Gbps and the datarate doesn't charge the phone. But it is 10port. http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Port-USB-power-adapter/dp/B00E6GX4BG/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1433733304&sr=1-4&keywords=USB+3+hub Count em.
But it specifically says it adds 10 ports. Even if it has 10 ports on it, it still uses up a port when you plug it in. Therefore it adds 10-1 ports.
Just did a GTA5 heist with 2 South Koreans on my team. We should cut all fiber optics going in, and out, of the country, nuke their communications satellites, and give supplies, training and military personnel, to North Korea.
The only thing I wouldn't recommend from IKEA are cheap beds. The metal thing that holds up the slats bent and the slats fell out, then a week or so after I fixed it the whole thing split in half.
But it specifically says it adds 10 ports. Even if it has 10 ports on it, it still uses up a port when you plug it in. Therefore it adds 10-1 ports.
It looks like it has a type b for input. That usually doesn't count towards the port numbers.
Up until about six months ago it was "It's the recommended version". Now it's basically "The new version breaks too much of my 2.7 stuff".
People were being pushed towards 3.x ever since release, but the main libraries finally support 3.x, so that's out of the way, and they have new functionality in 3.x that's worth switching for. Oh and they announced that 2.x is being pulled off life support in 2020, so that's nice. Now people have to move.

I'll leave it at "flatulence caused fracture to the frame"...
I spent £300 on a proper bed from Dreams, its absolutely solid, the wooden slats are more than 0.5mm thick and the frame weighs a ton.
My bed is fairly expensive, but the frame is just a basic barebones metal one. Unfortunately I don't actually get to sleep in it.
Mine doesn't even have a frame, it's just like, two mattress-y looking boxes with wheels on the bottom :v:
Tempting to get a Surface. I like my T420 but if I'm getting a laptop through work I don't want to carry two around...
Do it. DO IT. I FUCKING LOVE MY SP3
I'd go Surface 3. I don't really do anything intensive on my laptop. Usually use Atom for any programming, and the most intense game I play on the go is CS:GO, which could probably run on the Atom... Costco has a great bundle, too, for $700 for tablet + keyboard + pen.

Work is giving me a laptop once they guy I'm replacing is fully out, and I won't want to lug around a big latitude and my T420.
I'd just like the detachable keyboard for better tablet use. Also, I still vehemently despise Asus. Core M is actually pretty nice, as someone who "downgraded" from a 2500k to an i3-4370, Intel's lower end stuff is definitely capable and undeserving of a lot of the criticism they receive. Hell, even the Atom in my Stream 7 never, EVER hiccups. I wait for I/O more than the CPU.

And I feel you with ASUS, but looking up stuff with that ultrabook it looks to be a really good buy. I'd like a Surface with a Core M.
I just have never had a genuinely great product from them. I guess my monitor is nice I guess? Aside from the dead pixel out of the box they refused to service.
It took me half an hour but I was able to connect a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to this damn thing and it works just like it does on Android. Sweet. And apparently there's OTG mass storage support.
The mouse input/reaction is pretty laggy tho, but the keyboard input is fine. For some reason, in some apps it opens up the on screen keyboard even though I'm using a hardware one.
Apple just open sourced Swift. Saw that coming. Edit: Ahahah, they said they'll be rolling out standard library and compiler for OS X, iOS aaaand... Linux. No mention of Windows.
Is it just me or does going to http://facepunch.com/fp_read.php produce a blank page?
Is it just me or does going to http://facepunch.com/fp_read.php produce a blank page?
Moments ago it produced a database error page.
Developing on Windows is shit anyway.
Can we not go back to this shit again?
Can we not go back to this shit again?
My penguin could beat up your... isometric squares?

My boss did just bring in his newborn and one of the Windows engineers said he needs a microsoft shirt, so I said I'd bring in a penguin hat.
developing C++ and C# feels best on Windows in visual studio in my opinion, while other languages feel a lot easier to work with in Linux due to the terminal and how a lot of the compiler stuff is already installed/easy to install. no messing around with environment variables for example
I can see why they aren't bothering to support Windows, its not worth anybodies time or money.
Have you considered the fact that maybe it's because Windows is their competitor?
I can see why they aren't bothering to support Windows, its not worth anybodies time or money.
oh right, i forgot that's the reason why windows had a terribly low OS marketshare of only 90.38%
