Needed a DVI cable in an emergency and the only close store was a Staples. They had one DVI cable and it was a $40 six-footer. The guy said "it's got lower signal loss :downs:" but even he knew it sounded fake. [editline]17th June 2015[/editline]
i only purchase gold plated hdmi cables for all the ps2s in my car to make my gaming experience the most blingeriffic
Now that pimp my ride is gone, is that even a thing anymore?
I gave up with fucking Best Buy when they were still fucking Future Shop and still selling CRT's. Fucking $60 for a Belkin DVI cable.
Gotta get those HDMI cables with anti-virus
Wtf google, do you think this is 2003? "Because of the archive's size, we have split it in five parts" [t]http://i.imgur.com/rIc5C4u.png[/t]

sent a coworker an eps vector "it needs to be higher res mate"
I should've re-installed Windows after getting my Macbook back from repairs. It's evident that this stupid OSX sucks
Isn't it possible to activate an OEM Windows key on a different motherboard? I seem to remember my friend just doing phone activation, getting to a person, and just telling the guy "This computer isn't connected to the internet and isn't activating for some reason" until they just gave him the activation code
Wtf google, do you think this is 2003? "Because of the archive's size, we have split it in five parts" [t]http://i.imgur.com/rIc5C4u.png[/t]
A lot of emails have filesize limits on attachments. Probably trying to work around that.
A lot of emails have filesize limits on attachments. Probably trying to work around that.
It's not an email, and email attachments are 25MB max. The screenshot is from Google Takeout, which is a google service that allows you to download your entire account. Imagine the frustration a person with over 20GB of stuff in their account would face, having to manually download over 10 files. It's a stupid design, but at least the download speed was quick.
Stephen Elop has finally left Microsoft, maybe he goes to Blackberry and takes that down.
Can someone please tell me what the fuck DHL is doing with my SSD [t]http://i.imgur.com/Ba1WbgA.png[/t] [editline]18th June 2015[/editline] From NJ to PA should be a straight shot...
Not for DHL. I sometimes have it go to Canada then back down to US.
Not for DHL. I sometimes have it go to Canada then back down to US.
Did it say Ontario, CA? Because there's an Ontario, California.
Did it say Ontario, CA? Because there's an Ontario, California.
Nah, it wasn't that. But that's gotten me confused once or twice.
https://github.com/Swordfish90/cool-retro-term this is so cool it hurts me
That blue example looks fantastic. Seems like they're really going for the full package, with burn-in and bloom and everything. If only the Fallout terminals looked this good...

If they magically find a way to spread glue uniformly it'll be perfectly fine.

Spent all day at work today trying to install openSUSE in a futile attempt to prove that my workstation doesn't need replacing, but it seems it's been permanently broken. The installer failed six times. First two times it crashed and started printing gibberish to the TTY, every time after that it tried downloading a package with a file size of nil (different package every time) and locked up. Of course none of the log messages can be googled. Thanks SUSE team.

Fuck I miss my 3200+. It was such an awesome chip in every way compared to the P4.

After many many tests it's been concluded there is no difference between a properly delidded chip and a bare die application.
I still show no love for intermediate heatsinks. At least make the fucker out of copper if I'm paying $1000 for an i7.
I still show no love for intermediate heatsinks. At least make the fucker out of copper if I'm paying $1000 for an i7.
It is copper though. It's nickel plated copper, because copper oxidizes so fast. Like what is happening to my lapped chip right now, I need to clean and put a block on that ASAP.
