Interesting question: Is there a program that can batch resize images into several sizes? I need to make about 50 icon sets, with each set having a 32px, 64px, and 128px size and I'd really rather not resize each icon individually.

(Included with the OS.)
Photoshop can. If you record an action you can execute it against a whole directory.

I'll have to take a look.
Faststone image viewer can do this, but you'll have to one batch resize for each size.
I'll look into this. Doing something three times instead of 150 is still much better.

If you use Cygwin or MinGW on your installation, this would be your best bet. Everything else on Windows just reeks of fishy business.
$ convert ico_large.png --resize 32x32 result.png $ # Just loop this per file using your shell's syntax.
[editline]e[/editline] The GIMP even has a batch mode, but it's pretty (lispy).
my computer was broken during a fight someone had in the house RIP late 2012 mac mini 2013-2015 "she never saw the world beyond 4 gigs"
Woo. We installed the first business network I configured soloish today.
So I have a homework assignment to write my own Linux shell. I just read the requirements and never once did he say we can't just use the system() call... Do you think he'd be pissed if I did that? It would still conform with his terrible requirements :v:

Left a few bits and pieces on the collages web servers on a subdomain I used to upload my website to the live web a few years ago. Other than a Castlevania Theme remix I left a North Korean propaganda song on there, renamed it so it wasn't too obvious but I hope somebody out there stumbles on it one day and doesn't realise what they are listening to. I just hope this doesn't become a thing at work, it is to me the equivalent of "X was here" on a bit of fencing without permission.

Mother of fuck, the DC jack on my Zenbook is fucking up again. I replaced the thing 6 months ago for quite a lot of money, I don't know what I'll do if it breaks again.

It's obviously too thin to be any use for anyone looking for a laptop with good I/O including an ultrabay and a decent battery. That 'book' he wrote is interesting.

It's a shame really because it's one of the Allchin features not much knew about (probably because it was only included in Vista Ultimate).
eBay and PayPal will be different companies soon, should I be concerned?

Hell, even Active Desktop type shenanigans are still possible - MilkDrop can still render to desktop (unless they broke that in 10). [sp]pay me[/sp]
man, imagine leaving your monitor on with your desktop showing, and it just smooth fades to a screensaver. icons and taskbar fade out and the wallpaper is now moving. that would be dope
Exactly what I'd want. Make it minimize open windows one by one, too, for the full effect. It's very minimal and too aesthetic focused for me to believe MS would care about doing it, sadly.

And the thinkpad logo looks like it was colored by a 5 year old.
eBay and PayPal will be different companies soon, should I be concerned?
Didn't they split so they could be traded on the stock market independently like 6 months ago or something [editline]25th June 2015[/editline] Also it's weird that eBay used to own Skype
Got a new frame. Maybe I can figure out the whole stable flight thing crashing into the ground/pavement/tree/etc and breaking the arms off. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/JT7JiqF.jpg[/img_thumb]
What frame were you using before? Epoxied it back together a few times, but you can only do that so many times. New one is a X525. Hopefully the aluminium can take more of a beating.
