This is the current situation: I've also read that the stock cooler for the i7 i'm buying sucks a little. Should I get a better one? If yes, which?
I got the Noctua NH-D14 for my build, loving it!
You don't need a better one if you're not overclocking. If you want a better one get Coolermaster Hyper 612PWM or Noctua NH-D14 (cheap/expensive) or for a quieter one get Be Quiet! Dark Rock PRO
That seems powerful. How much will I be able to overclock with that?
I haven't really tried it out that much.. but I'm running at 4.3 with it at the moment, with ideal temp at 36 degrees. And I could properly go higher.

Get a dark rock pro if you want it to be silent, 5ghz will be easy on it too, probably more since it's a 2600k.
Not available at my store :(
Hyper 212+ is good.
