I agree, overclockers are a horrible, horrible company. Never ever buy from them I sent my 4850 back to be tested as it was clearly broken (I've replaced it and I don't crash so it was clearly the 4850). They charged me 25 quid to test it for an hour or two and ship it back.
Hate them.
Ebuyer or Overclockers. I prefer ebuyer as I had issues with overclockers
I personally have never had any problems with overclockers, and some of their deals really do cinch it. Although I've never had to send anything back or deal with their customer service, but i have ordered a fair amount of components and nothing has gone wrong so far :)
Other than that, I use ebuyer or novatech
SCAN, Novatech, YOYOtech. SCAN is my personal preference, you wont find anywhere with better customer service.
Aria are also good, on their forums they have really good deals for regulars like a £200 5870 they did once
