If youve got a matx mobo, the Antec Mini P180 is probably one of the best cases in the MATX form factor you can get that isn't a giant piece of shit.

Go with what you like best. It's YOUR pc, so you should be able to choose what you like. Quality-wise I suggest Cooler Master for your price range, and the Lian-Li Lancool is a great bang-for-buck case.
