Depends where you are, I usually get my stuff in 2 days if they ship from their New Jersey warehouse. Takes 3 days if they ship from California.

You would need to upgrade your motherboard/ram/cpu at the same time (depending what you have), then go psu, gpu, hdd, optical, case, cooler.
