It bothers me when the fan stickers are off center, but then again, who the fuck could notice that when it's spinning.
Those USB cables plug into the USB headers on your motherboard. And the HDA is for your audio jacks, they plug in there:

Just look at the motherboard instruction to see where the USB plugs are on the mobo. The HDA is for HD audio the AC97 is also for audio, that's if you want to front mic/speaker plugs to work on the case, look at the mobo instruction again and see which one the mobo supports. If you have a soundcard I wouldn't bother with that cable.
ok thanks, yea im having problems with the ac97 one wait, i already installed the hda audio cable, so that means i have no use for the ac97 cable?
Hmm. I guess this isn't bad?
what should i do
You should send me that RAM
ok thanks, yea im having problems with the ac97 one wait, i already installed the hda audio cable, so that means i have no use for the ac97 cable?
Make sure you plug in the right audio cable, check to see which your motherboard supports, it can short circuit and damage it. And yes, if you have one plugged in the other is of no use, most cases support both so you can choose the appropriate one.
ok thanks, yea im having problems with the ac97 one wait, i already installed the hda audio cable, so that means i have no use for the ac97 cable?
I never plugged in my AC97 cable and I'm pretty sure every jack works for me. I know you are supposed to plug them into a graphics card if you are using HDMI.

alright one more question on my psu, i have 3 unused cables, 2 of which are a bunch of 4pin connectors which i will use for the fans the other one is this where does this one go on the motherboard? and here is a picture of my current status, everything look good so far?
-snip-
White 4 pin, top left. That 8 pin *should* split into 2 4s - If not it should plug in with 4 pins overhanging. I believe it's in an 8pin block to cater for Intel 8pin Aux ports.
ok, last question before i try and turn it on, i have an excess of 4 pin connectors for the fan and such, but then there's this one very very little 4 pin thing connected onto the giant 4 pin cable and i dunno where it goes
that looks like a 4 pin fan cable. Probably for your CPU fan.
Don't worry about that connector, its for old floppy drives and other lower-power devices.
That's generally used for a floppy drive or other small devices, Not needed unless you have a device that needs it.
oh okay great! wish me luck im gonna try and turn it on!
The fist turn on is always gut wrenching :v: - Even after countless builds.
Especially once you find out that your brand new $300 mobo is DOA; happened to me when I built my current rig last year (UPS probably fucked it up in transit because the NB nameplate came off of the heatsink when I took it out of the ESD bag).
Also, lrn2focus your camera. We need to see the cable, not your hand.
It's better than 90% of the pictures posted on here that aren't focused on anything and look like they were taken during an earthquake. Also, I think you might need to put the graphics card in the top (black) pci-e slot.
