Fucking awesome computer, running TF2 at max.
@opaali no, actually it runs TF2 with max settings and full antialiasing with an FPS average of 33.6 in a round of PL_Hoodoo.
at 5 fps
Don't laugh
Intel Pentium 4 2Ghz
Tyan Trinity i845DDR
1GB DDR Pc2100
ATI 9600
74.5Gb Hard Drive
Windows XP SP3
My new gaming PC:
Intel Core i7 980x (Quad-core)
16GB DDR3 1600 (G.Skill RipJaw series) CL 7.7.7.20
2x 250GB Seagate harddrives in Raid 0 (Only used as a scratch-pad for ripping HD videos)
1TB Seagate harddrive 7200 rpm (OS harddrive)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
two 12x Blu-ray burners
and an ATi Radeon 5990 4GB.
Seems a bit overkill for Source games, but somewhat future-proofed at the same time.
I want your computer.....
I want your computer.....
I get that alot, my family uses Pentium 4's and Athlon X2's.
I came from an intel E6600 Core 2 Duo @ 2.4GHz
4GB DDR2 800 (4x1GB) CL 8.8.8.15
GeForce 8800GTS 640MB
EVGA 680i motherboard. (Chipset ran hot as FUUUUUUUUCK. Even when idle)
It's quite an improvement.

Not a quad core. 6 core.
I'd love to have a high end system like that.
ATi Radeon 5990 4GB.
that hasn't been released yet.

Okay... I'm going to go ahead and call B.S. like most other people have.
A. 980X is a six core processor, the 975XE is the highest valued quad core.
B. There are no Ripjaw Memory timings at 7.7.7.20., the closest end with 21 or 24. Unless you're purposely not timing it correctly.
C. The 5990 hasn't been released to the mainstream market.

Just noticed that this was a post by Pixel Heart. We are probably being trolled.

They can't tell if it was overclocked. The overclocking settings are saved in your BIOS, bot the processor.
Kids.

First of all, I am not a kid. Second, I have the stock fan on my i7 and it sounds like an airplane taking of if I play GTA 4 so imagine how much it would sound if I OC'd my CPU.

1 GB ICEQ I assume.
However, yes I know that 4670s are not so great, but I get horrible ping in World at War, Rainbow Six:Raven Shield, and even Counter Strike: Source.
My internet is bottlenecking my system.
If it can only use 3.6gb you have a 32bit operating system. It's not Windows 7's fault.
It IS windows 7's fault, more specifically M$ who wants you to pay more money to use more than 4 GB in a 32 bit OS (server versions).
It's a software lock-down, not a hardware one.
Intel i7 920@stock clocks(havent got money for a proper cooler)
Ati Radeon HD5850 Slightly OC'd
6GB Tri-Channel Kingston Hyper-X 1600MHz
ASUS P6t Se
Sonata III(Got it free)+Antec Earthwatts 500W
Got this a couple of weeks ago:
