Old Dell XPS710-

Could be worse, was dirt cheap, the case is a monolith too.
Anybody know why my temperature is so high? I've had my computer off the ground since I got the 250 gts and it was idleing at 42 C when I first bought it, then after 6 months it is now 61 C and the graphics driver crashes in l4d 1/2. I've cleaned it out and even set the fan to 100% and it won't go below 52 C.
Okay... I'm going to go ahead and call B.S. like most other people have.
A. 980X is a six core processor, the 975XE is the highest valued quad core.
B. There are no Ripjaw Memory timings at 7.7.7.20., the closest end with 21 or 24. Unless you're purposely not timing it correctly.
C. The 5990 hasn't been released to the mainstream market.

Well, you may have noticed the Dell, Inc. mobo there. I have a prebuilt XPS 410, had it since 2007. The only thing in it that isn't stock is the vieo card, and even it's starting to get old.
It IS windows 7's fault, more specifically M$ who wants you to pay more money to use more than 4 GB in a 32 bit OS (server versions).
It's a software lock-down, not a hardware one.
Ehh.. A 32-bit OS is restricted to 4096MB RAM, no matter what OS it is. It spares automatically 512MB for your video card.
Or is it just me being dumb?
