The Nvidia Stripe is two Western Digital Black 500GB in RAID 0. And the Creative Card is a x-Fi Titanium PCI-E card. Also the CPU is a 3.4Ghz.

I have a 320GB Caviar Blue and a 640GB Caviar Black in RAID 0 (which is considerably worse than what you have) running on an Intel RAID controller and my average speed is 220MB/s.
