Get the wow mouse.
Be unable to use any other mouse, because the wow mouse is perfection.
I've got a Speedlink Styx Gaming Mouse. I recommend it.

Same here. It's really cheap and really comfortable but it has some flaws. The drivers made right click go apeshit in all directx games for some reason. All buttons work without drivers though, so nothing of value was lost. And the 2200dpi mode is just plain broken, it can't track for shit. If you move the mouse too fast (which is not really fast at all) it loses track of the surface and the cursor starts jerking around the screen or going in the wrong direction. Great if you're on a budget, but i know i'll spend some more money next time i'm buying a mouse.
Don't ask what mouse is better. You're not going to get a straight answer.
Go to the store and test them out yourself. Or buy them two or three at a time on newegg, try them, send them back for a refund, then keep the one you like the best.
Not a mouse, but a rat. :ohdear:

I personally just prefer a normal mouse that fits in my hand. your best bet is to try some in stores.
If you can find a Razer Lachesis, then go for it. I've had mine for about a year and no problems what so ever.
this
MX518 or Steelseries Xai.
Half the mice in this thread suffer from negative acceleration, bad design, etc.
Mx518 is a great mouse.

looks it but nope

Well I'm currently using the Razer Mamba. It's a really good mouse, but the only problems with it are the battery life (wired too :) ), and after a while the scroll wheel makes a weird noise but you can either fix it easily or get used to it because it goes away after a while lol. If you have the money buy it.
Don't bother with Razer. If you want stable drivers, don't even think about Razer in general.
The thing with the Mamba is that you don't need 5600 DPI (if you're going for 'pro gaming', most pros use 400-800dpi) and it's awfully expensive. Might as well save some money and put it towards something like a 120Hz monitor if you're into gaming.

hurf durf
everyone must have problems with their drivers because i once had a problem with them.

actually the complete opposite
people claim because the drivers work for them they must work for everyone, and I've seen enough threads about problems caused by their drivers to know otherwise

I'm smarter than that; I never even bothered buying a Razer product.
But I see enough complaint threads to know that they're shit. Not to mention several friends who went Razer to be cool shortly switched back to the better Logitech.
I recommend Logitech TrackMan. Oh, you said you wanted to win games while playing with it? In that case...
I STRONGLY suggest the Mx518 as its a very reliable mouse and cheap !
I usually kill my mouse in a span of 2-3 months (Im a huge Fps player,Huge sensitivity)
The Mx518 I have lasted me more than a year now
I dont regret it
I researched mice for a month, and my conclusion was either the MX518 or Deathadder. Those seem to be the highly reviewed popular choices for midprice mice. Go to a big box store and feel them, you want to make sure it feels comfortable since you're going to be using it a lot. That's how I chose my mouse.
Razer is overpriced.
Don't deny it.
The Habu was a great mouse though in my opinion.
Sidewinder X8.
Badass.

How do you kill a mouse?
I'm still using my old oem mouse that came with my computer. 2 Years ago.
Well what basicly gives off in my old mouses is the Inner Cables that gives away.
I had 2 G5 that did this
1 razer Diamondback
and 1 old ass White microsoft optical mouse
I've got this shitty thing thats the size of a babies hand, Gotta get a new one lol.
G9 or MX518. I have the G9 myself and love it.

I never see that many complaints about the drivers any more. The only time they have given me grief is when my Windows install took a turn for the worst and almost all drivers for things like that decided to go with it. The only piece of Software I've had real problems with from Razer is their firmware updater.
