Didn't you used to have more monitors?
Didn't you used to have more monitors?
I have six hooked up at the moment, it's the most I've had. I used to have a different setup but still just six.
just six.
:what: And here I am just having made the jump to one 1080p monitor

MSI Laptop. Runs most games with highest settings at a tolerable framerate. Also renders in Premiere Pro pretty quickly.

And here's me wanting to get a third. :v:
why is your VG248 running at 60 Hz
Finally getting an SSD soon.

Yeah, it's pretty hot atm (y'know SEA weather).
I'm planning on getting SSD and another HDD soon. Which SSD should I get, say I have about $300 to spare?

Christ please tell me those are all 290x's. How's eyefinity with 3 1440p screens? I'm always tempted to pick up 2 more Qnix's for like $500.

Sorry if picture is too big, having problems with my phone right now

2x295x2. The rig can eat 1200W+ on benchmarks. O_O
3x2560 eyefinity + star citizen is absurdly pretty. Not very useful for anything "close range", is, FPS. The perspective distortion on the sides are insane for most games, and makes them neigh unplayable. Would not recommend unless you play racing games and space sims.

All I play are RPG's and space sims. Racing soon to come with wheel. And that's some crazy power usage. I've got the record on single GPU power draw sitting in my rig and I'm too scared to add a second.

The i5 is actually at 4.5 GHz.

What do you expect from the PSU killers? A single one can kill a 1000w psu. :v:
I want to be able to turn my cpu and case fans off, I can only turn off my gpu fan right now.
My radiators are really good.
Will probably get a new mobo eventually, probably half of my USB ports don't work.

Stock Intel cooler. GPU is OC'd a bit to 1285Mhz.
Also Haswell is gr8. <3
My year and a half year old build: (aside from case, mobo, & cpu cooler)
I used to have a pretty cheap corsair case that rattled and let noise out like crazy, so in October I upgraded to a white H440 and got a matching mobo because why not

Just yesterday I painted my ram heat spreaders and part of my gpu to match the rest:

I want to upgrade to a 970 or 980 in the next year or so, depends on what's over the horizon in terms of new generations
Finally have my system up for the first time in over 6 months. Don't have my CPU/RAM/GPU overclock set yet, GPU is an MSI R9 290x Lightning. CPU was capable of 5ghz on my old board, we'll see with this one. Still need to hook up my 2560x1440 96hz monitor and my 1tb and 2tb drives too.
